Today is my daughter birthday and I order from Shadeland Pizza Hut Which I order at 2:32 PM and been trying since four but I called the Emerson Way, Pizza Hut and Miss Gina help Me and she reached out to them to tell them that I’ve been calling since 2:32 PM took the time to call and was very polite even if I wasn’t her customer very polite. You could tell that she was really wanted to help me get my order together, which that Shadeland Pizza Hut just told me to deal with it and hung up in my face so I appreciate you Miss Gina for trying to get a hold of somebody to help me take care of this situation I had with the other Pizza Hut. I wish you was in my area where I would’ve ordered from y’all if y’all want great customer service Emerson Pizza Hut is it is where it at again thank you again, Miss Gina.

The time estimate for when the food would be ready was off by about 5 minutes and had to wait when I arrived at the restaurant. My 2 pizzas where switched in error (2-topping meat pizza was supposed to be the Detroit-style and the half ham/half sausage was supposed to be thin crust – they were the other way). No one answered the phone when I called to complain. The waitress who answered the pick-up window was absent of a friendly face/demeanor. On the brighter side, the family order of bread sticks were the best tasting we had ever had to date!

Worst visit ever. Ordered online at 6:30 pm August 27th. Was suppose to be delivered by 7:40pm. Called several times to no avail. Left me house and drove to the store at Emerson and Southeastern to discover 2 workers that have only been there 2 days and dont really know how to do anything. The manager stayed in the office most the time I was in the store which was at least 30 mins. When I asked if my food was there it was minus a pizza I waited for. Got home to find all the mediums were not really mediums, 2 were not completely cooked. I will never order from pizza hut ever again. Just terrible!

I was absolutely going to leave a negative review after I placed an order last night that was never delivered and the store closed without notifying me. This afternoon I spoke to a very kind, helpful, and lovely young woman named Alliah (spelling?). This girl went above and beyond!! She listened to my complaint fully, she attempted to reach her manager who had already left for the day, when they didn’t answer, she took my info and offered to call me back when she received a response. I was sure I was going to have to call back again tomorrow, so imagine my surprise when she called me back! She informed me that a refund had been processed and to make things right she offered to send me out another pizza to make up for it, at no charge to me! As a sales manager myself, it truly meant a lot that she was willing to take this extra step to keep my business. Since I was driving home from work she said I could call her back when I got home and she would send it out for me. I called a while later, she was still as polite and sweet as can be! She already had my receipt and knew what my order was. I would hire this young lady in my furniture store in a heartbeat!! Not only did she win me over and resolve the situation, she validated my frustration, she remained calm, and she retained a customer. Kudos! As a person who makes a living making customer service issues better, I was amazed at how she handled the situation! Thank you!!! This young lady not only deserve a raise, she deserves a promotion!! This is someone who will make an amazing management partner one day.

We ordered the bacon cheese sticks and they tasted burnt. It was nasty tryed to call to tell them about it. They didn’t answer had to drive up there when I’m not supposed to be driving. They did give me a store credit when I brought them back, But do not order these. They are not good.

I’ve never had a problem with this location until today. I had ordered 2 pizzas and didn’t check the order until I got home. 1 pizza was wrong, i called the store and got no answer. I went back to the store to get a remake. When i got to the store, Aaliyah gave me the worst customer experience ever. She tried to tell me I had ordered my pizza wrong when I hadn’t. She had a snarky, immature attitude. But i decided to be the bigger pearson and I kept being nice despite her nasty attitude. At the end, she TOSSED my order on the counter and let it slide to me, it wouldve fallen off if i wasn’t right there. Which I considered completely unacceptable behavior to a customer. I still said thank you even though she stormed away almost angrily. Aaliyah, do better. Your whole job is customer service. If you can’t do that, search for a different job respectfully.

I ordered a 2 pizza 1 bread stick delivery. It was close to closing time for them . About an hour later I got a text from Door Dash saying Levi had handed my order to me .LOL News to me !!! I called the number for the Dasher and he kept hanging up on me. All I wanted was the photo of the house he delivered to so I could go get my pizza from my neighbors. Anyway thanks to the Manager of this Pizza Hut the next evening she sent me my order again it arrived about 30 mins after my call . My pizza and breadsticks were fine . Thank you Pizza Hut .. I know you did your job in the first place but you fixed it even though door dash was truly who messed up . 5 stars !!!!

I placed an order through the app and got it for delivery. The delivery was done through a door dash driver, which is okay because lots of pizza places are doing that now. My dasher forgot to grab my wings off the counter when he got the rest of my food. I called the restaurant and the lady on the phone was friendly and she made us a fresh order and sent it out through door dash. I was happy they were able to make it right. The food was also nice and hot when it got to us.
