Went to this Pizza Hut on a Sunday at 11:30 AM to dine-in. There was 1 employee at the time. Had to order at the counter, pay, then find our own seating. What happened to Pizza Huts being a pleasant sit down for service restaurant? And it was almost as cold inside as it was outside! Only plus was that the pizza was still good even though the price is ridiculous.

Ordered delivery at 8:30p. Slated to receive between 9:15-9:19p. Still hadn’t received it at 10p even though tracking said it was delivered at 9:43p. I drove up the restaurant where the employee was obviously annoyed with my presence. He knew exactly who I was as I described why I was there. My food was still in the warmer. He stated it was delivered to the wrong location and they noticed it right away. He said they then remade it so my food was fresh. If it was fresh then why didn’t they then deliver it? I left with my food. He said he threw in breadsticks for my order and gave me $10 toward my next order. I got home and the breadsticks he “gave” me were just the ones I already ordered and my food was far from fresh. It wasn’t edible and clearly had been sitting the whole time! $50 down the drain! Do better! Terrible experience and service

Waited for order for 45 minutes, one of the employees said we are boxing up your order now, then walked away. The other very RUDE employee then boxed up a person’s order who arrived 20 minutes after me then got his order, so I asked the RUDE employee where my order was, and that i was told it was being boxed up, she looked at me hateful and said we are waiting on the wings! 45 minutes waiting, how long does wings take? At that time the conversation got heated as I said I was just asking because the communication is horrible, and she said I needed to leave. I have ordered pizza there alot, but will NEVER eat at another pizza hut due to this. Absolutely the worse ever. The store is dirty, the people are rude.

I brought my grandson to eat here the other night and it was such a a awful experience. First off the place was empty as usual besides us,out of all the lamps over the tables in the dining room only 3 were on. It was very dark with no music,TV or anything. There are no tablecloths, carpets,rugs etc.. Just dirty tables we had to wipe off ourselves. No servers anymore ,no menus just order from the register then the food was delivered to our table in pizza boxes and bread stick bags. No dishes no silverware and no fresh fountain drinks any longer just nasty bottle pop. Also nothing on the tables as far as napkin dispensers,Parm cheese, pepper shaker nothing. Absolutely an all around disappointment and they should just go ahead and close this drab mess of a restaurant. I sure miss how this was growing up.

Im 3 miles away so they won’t deliver so I have to use door dash to get it and every time I door dash it the food comes with morn bubbles then cheese and tates like crap they should be ashamed to let this out of the store like this

We ordered last night and the pizzas were very plain in taste and nasty. They also made my family sick and throwing up. My fiance and I were very disappointed in the service we got. First time and the last time we order from the Greenfield, Indiana location. I paid $55 for nothing.

Food was good as always however when my husband picked up our order there were only 2 people working, the one girl was verbally abusive to the other and even after she got burned while he was there. Maybe you would have more employees if you didn’t treat people so horrible

Always better than any other huts I love the super cheesy pizza its so yummy I love the way it looks inside the building and its cool you can eat inside I haven’t came here in 5 years I will so regret not coming for so long NO ONE WILL OUTPIZZA THIS HUT (the papa johns over there is going down to punch town this is waaaaay better)

This is our second experience with Pizza Hut and again not pleased… We were told our food would get to us with 45-50 minutes after ordered it. The food didn’t get to us until an hour later after we called about it. Once we got it our food the pizza and bread sticks they were so dry and hard we couldn’t eat but half a slice/piece. The wings we got were the best part of the whole order. When I called to tell someone about it I got hung up on.
Definitely not ordering from here again. Wouldn’t even waste your money.
