Ordered delivery for lunch for the family. 1 topping stuffed crust had a nice deal on the app for $15.50. Got charged a $6 delivery fee even though pizza hut doesnt even do the delivery. Whoever runs this place is running a joke of a pizza place if they think this is quality pizza. I’ve never seen a thinner pizza with less sauce and cheese in my life. And the “stuffed crust” you could literally see clear through the crust because of the lack of cheese. I’ve had bad pizza before, but this is the worst pizza I’ve ever seen or had.

What the hell happened to this place??… ordered two stuffed crust pizzas for my boyfriend and I. Mine was so dry. I’m actually having to debate if they put sauce on it or not. Secondly, I’ve never in my life had a pizza so tough like the one. I just tried to choke down. When I tell you, the crust was tough I mean, my boyfriend could audibly hear the struggle of me just trying to get a single bite from across the room. It was that damn tough. Not nearly as much cheese in the crust as there used to be. After craving Pizza Hut for a hot minute and spending nearly $50 I honestly feel like I’m at least owed half the money back on this order because of how inedible the pizza was. It’s been years since we’ve had this location as we don’t live directly in Camby anymore, and I’m absolutely appalled at how much the quality of the food here has dropped. I don’t know if they are just made to be extremely stingy with sauce or just don’t feel like putting in the effort to actually put it on or what but that was dry as cardboard. Secondly, I don’t know if you guys are using expired crust or what the issue is to make it THAT TOUGH, but this needs to be fixed because as much money as we just spent here and to receive the quality of food, we did is not acceptable by any means!

(I’m a former food service worker with over 20 years in customer service.) When we walked in, two employees were messing with something behind the counter still facing us, no greeting, no words, no acknowledgement that we had walked in whatsoever. After a few minutes a 3rd employee shows up and finally attends to us. We had to order at the counter, which whatever, just felt weird for a sit down eatery. But then when ordering drinks, we wanted a pitcher (like we normally get at pizza huts) but no, our options were the 20 oz bottles or a two liter. So we opt for the two liter and then that’s when we are told they don’t have glasses. Ummm what? Then in the search for a table, most were still spotty with dried sauces. No one else was in there when we arrived, no napkins or seasonings or anything were on the tables, it felt as it’s they were about to close, and we went at 5:30 on a Friday. Also part of the reason we chose pizza hut was for their iconic bread sticks… I should have taken a picture, these were a buttery mess, nothing like the bread sticks we know and love, not even in taste. The employee that helped us was nice enough, but not enough to counter the disappointing experience. And that’s setting aside the fact that they were so expensive. I mean, I’m from Terre Haute, I can’t imagine we’re just doing it better than the norm. I originally put down 3 stars, but remembering and in comparison to ours the 2 felt more correct as I won’t be going back.

Stopped by for dinner tonight and pizza was great!! The big box dinner is a great deal for families. We used to go there long time ago and stopped after a few bad visits but tonight we had no issues. We actually enjoyed our dinner in the newly decorated dining room. We’ll be back soon! 🙂

Horrible experience! I placed an order using their mobile app and arrived when the app said it would be ready. It was another 30 minutes of waiting (which if not longer) just to find out they were out of breadsticks and could not offer me a refund. The employee stated they would have the manager reach out to me. I waited 7 days with no phone call or email. I called the store three different times with the response that the manager was not available. I do not recommend this location whatsoever.

Fired the manager that was bringing in buisness just to back to no buisness incredibly slow service and consistently understaffed whoever owns this pizza hit clearly doesnt want it to do well the whole parking lot is filled with pot holes the lights/sign for the building is never on literally never can never tell if theyre actually open or not and now since they fire the manager that was trying to turn the place around its judy become worse and worse i waited close to an hour for 2 pizzas the other night and have now been here 20 minutes when I was told it was take maybe 10 as its in the oven also the pizza sucks and tastes like cardboard not to mention all the employees park in the very front of the building right next to the handicap spots
