Drove 15 minutes for pickup spent almost $80. with tip, get home and part of order missing and icing given for cinnamon rolls instead of the extra frosting I ordered, beyond disappointing especially when you spend that much money and tip and can’t even make sure you get your complete and correct order. Manager said they would make it rite, hopefully they do. Also where’s any frosting?

The man who took our order entered it incorrectly, and wasn’t sure how to do it or even familiar with that specific pizza deal even though there is a big poster promoting this one in the store. They have tables, but it is not a full-service restaurant, and when they gave us our pizza, it was in a to go box and I felt like we were not welcome there. When I asked for plates, I was given paper plates, not even real plates even though I saw real plates on the counter by the trash can. The pizza itself tasted fine, but the employees were not acting professionally, and should have realized we were still in the restaurant. We heard them yelling in the back of the store. I will never go there again.

We love this Pizza Hut. They almost always have delicious boneless wings and they do our BBQ Chicken Bacon pizza just right. I am only giving 4 stars because every once in a while the food seems not as fresh or doesn’t seem to “hit the spot” as usual with the family .

I ordered pizza delivery at about 5:40, was told it would be here by 6:20. OK fine 7 o’clock rolls around my pizza is still not there. I called them and they said that they only had one driver so they outsourced it to DoorDash and in which I never got my pizza spent $44.11 plus tipped ahead of time
