This was our 8pc boneless chicken wing appetizer. Returned in confusion and staff said they must have overlooked it.. ? Salad bar looked rough. Was hard to get service for drink refills.

Ordered around 6:13 pm. App says it will be done by 6:50pm. Go there at 6:40pm and walk into over 20 people waiting for their pizza. Since so many people were blocking the counter it was hard to tell how long others were there or if you were supposed to tell them you were there to pick an order up. Stood around for 40 minutes, only saw two people get their order. Even had a few other people tell me they had been there way longer than I had been
Ended up leaving because of the situation. I figured I’d eventually get a call because I didn’t pick my order up but nope. So out $35 and no food. Just remember when you got customers standing around they can see workers trying to get pizza stuck off pans and workers itching their noses. Definitely won’t be back

Ordered a triple treat and an extra pizza for pick up. They hand my husband said order and after a 20 min drive to get home he arrives a pizza short. Called to get a refund or to have them deliver since it is their fault, nope. We are outside delivery area, but they expect us to drive back in for the pizza. They state they can’t issue a refund either. Either we get a credit towards a future order (fat chance) or drive back in for credit or pizza. Huh, you can take a credit card payment over the internet or phone but can’t refund unless in person. Absurd. To top it off the pizzas were not even good. Last time I will order from pizza hut. Very disappointed

I took my pregnant girlfriend here for pizza and wings. The menu build your own needs updated or fixed my girlfriend wanted a medium stuffed crust build your own and she was told that the stuff crust is only for large pizzas which is not specified on the menu so that’s false advertising. Anyways when we finally got our pizza and wings the pizza was under cooked and the wings where rock hard. After we left my girlfriend called with my phone to ask the staff if her phone was there they told us over the phone “we will have our server go check the tables” afterwards the told her that they didn’t have it so me and my girlfriend decided to go and check for ourselves and to our surprise her phone was sitting on the table still and our plates even tho we had been gone for nearly a half hour at this point.

Ordered boneless wings medium buffalo. They were so bad, tasted like plastic or something. Meat was like hard and chewy. Spit it out immediately. That had to be the grossest thing I have ever put in my mouth! Honestly probably will never eat Pizza Hut again!

So glad I placed a $70+ order for me to get raw dough and cheese that’s not even melted. Not to mention the “sauce” runs off like water. I wish I could say this is the first time I’ve had an issue with this place but unfortunately it’s not.

I got the Tavern style pizza, and it was very good, but the pesto was thin and watery and looked kind of gross. There wasn’t much of it. I will definitely get another one, but hold the pesto and use a grocery brand instead. There could have been more tomatoes, some pieces had none.
There was a huge wait time because they seemed short staffed. I had ordered while shopping at Walmart, but still waited 10 minutes or more in the lobby, along with a fairly large group of people. However, the staff was incredible; they were friendly, and you could tell that they all were working hard.
The pizza needed more toppings, but the service was amazing. All of the employees must have been incredibly stressed, but they had smiles for the customers and worked hard under pressure.

Oh my goodness don’t go to the bathroom it doesn’t look like the bathroom have been clean for 2 weeks absolutely atrocious.
Food is good, service was a little slow but poor lady was working by herself.
