Ordered wings and pizza, they got the order wrong and called. They sent out the “correct” order…they forgot half the order. I even talked to the store manager and he assured me my order would be right. The pizza was good and the wings were just chicken tenders with no sauce.

It gets two stars, because the people there are nice! I ordered a big New Yorker tonight, I was so excited, I could not wait, when I went to go pick it up it was not the big New Yorker sauce, I even asked for double sauce… Didn’t have that Either! Went to pick it up myself, and even put in a tip on the order! So sad, I will not be back! What a shame

By far the worst place to get take out from. I usually rely on reviews to decide rather or not to get food from a restaurant today I didn’t do my review check and ended up wasting 22$. The food was microwave ready and the wings couldn’t really be identified as wings. I called to speak to a manager about my order and she stated that she was to busy to come to the phone. She claimed according to the young lady who answered the phone she would remake my order and have it sent out 2 hours later I’m still sitting and waiting. Customer service is horrible at this Pizza hut.

Worst experience ever, we had called them and ordered 3 pizzas one with only cheese and other 2 veggies without mushrooms
First pizza with only cheese completely burnt (see pic) don’t know why did they add pesto sauce
And other two veggie pizza we specialty requested it should be WITHOUT mushroom, and we got with mushrooms (see second pic)

This is the closest Pizza Hut to where I was with a friend.I called for delivery,and after everything was said I was told that I was speaker to a pizza hut call center,and that she would give me another pizza Hut phone number for my delivery. She couldn’t explain why only saud,”thus is the way it is”.She kept interrupting me every two to three words.I had to walk in the rain to get my pizza.The order was wrong.This pizza hut is mediocre, in most aspects ,as opposed to all the other pizza hut I’ve eaten throughout the nation

This place used to be the best Pizza Hut in the area. Now you are waiting 25-30 minutes longer than promised, quality isn’t good, service is often with an attitude, and the prices just make it not worth it anymore. Last time I ordered they lied to me and said it’d be five more minutes (waited 15 minutes and then was told they never even made the order). This time I ordered I arrived and was told two minutes (lied to again) and then told 15 minutes later they were cutting my Pizza then waited another 15 minutes. Wasting my time and I’m not doing that anymore. Pizza Hut just isn’t what it used to be. Support a local pizza place instead and be done with this place.
