We had my grandsons birthday party at Pizza hut in Gallipolis, OH, because what kid doesn’t love pizza. Everything was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large party. They were so kind and attentive. I would give the experience 15 stars out of 10!!!! We hadn’t been inside to eat in years. We will be returning back again to eat inside!! Thank you for making his birthday a great experience!! Great job!

My order was wrong, tried to call restaurant, no one answered phone. I finally get through, over 5 min on hold, I was already on way back with pizza, when answered, they ask if I wanted 2 or 3 dollars off, or remake. I said remake, that I’ve been on hold for over 5 min and almost back to the restaurant. Get up there. Go inside. No one inside. All employees were out in back parking lot. Ask y it took over 5 min to answer phone. She said if not answered in so many rings it goes to call center. I told her, there’s no reason the phone shouldn’t of been answered, THERES NO customers or even a car in front lot. ALL the employees were outside and didn’t hear phone ringing. THIS PIZZA HUT definitely don’t want budiness. They just lost mine. I’ll NEVER order another pizza from gallipolis pizza hut

Today is Friday 4/14, my wife sat in line for 40 minutes, she then gets to the window pays for the food just for some hillbilly lady to come back and tell her they must have handed it to another person, our only options were to pay and wait even longer for pizza that’s a 3.1/10 or to get refunded, it should have have been refunded and cooked for us right then and there, won’t be coming back to this garbage location.

The food we ordered from Pizza Hut for delivery was great and made to order. Our local Pizza Hut is less then 10 minutes from us. It took an hour and a half for delivery and nothing was offered to us for the long delay of our food.

Ordered delivery on 10/18, got a call from female manager saying their driver locked the keys in their car and if i would pick up the order i would get a discount. I get there to pick up order and wait almost 15 minutes for the order. After waiting i finally go in to see whats going on. Female manager told me the order was just about finished. Another employee was working on the order and i asked her about this discount. She says since it was a delivery they had to put my discount on a pizza hut card. So she finally brings me the order and says the boss isnt back yet so she cant do the pizza hut card. So she hands me a couple of coupon books. I said those are pointless and handed them back. So end of story is i paid a delivery fee, $12 tip and had to pick up my order. The customer service at this location is very not good. I hope that Pizza Hut managers/owners can look deep at their service.

Seriously pizza hut. I never have a good experience here, and I only go to use my daughter’s free pizza coupons for meeting her reading goals. This time they literally lost half my order and said they didn’t have time or staff to make my food. They also didn’t know how to give me a refund. From now on I’ll get my pizza elsewhere and pay for it all, at least I’ll get to eat.
