Several times I’ve been missing items on deliveries. This time I ordered carry out. The margarita pesto was burnt and looked nothing like the photo while ordering. I don’t even think they put the pesto on it.

Great pizza. These guys are always handing out consistently good pizza. They don’t skimp with toppings and it’s never overcooked. Atmosphere is low because come on, who doesn’t remember how awesome the salad bar and pizza buffet were?

Horrible experience. My wife struggled forever on the phone to place a simple delivery order.
A “Edge to Edge” pizza 1/2 normal the other 1/2 pepperoni & cheese. When the pizza arrived this is what was delivered. (Photos attached) no pieces were moved or eaten. This pie has piled on top of itself all pieces mixed up. Horrible experience from start to disappointing end and Terrible pizza. Would give a zero star if I could.

Ordered the cheesesticks specifically without the seasoning. (My receipt even says so) well they must have forgotten and instead of making new ones, tried to cover it up with more cheese. What a waste of my money. Too bad it was almost 10:30 and they close at 11 or someone one would be remaking my order..so grimy to try and cover it up like that instead of just making what I ordered and paid for. I’ll certainly never order from here again.
Edit: response from the owner is useless, exact same thing they say on every bad review they get..no offer of making it right or refunding peoples hard earned money, even with photo evidence of the issue. SMH. Do better. I hope these reviews do as they intend to and stop people from wasting their time with this embarrassment of a pizza hut. There’s another location a few miles away that is far better and never pretends like they can’t see you when you come to pick up your order.

Awesome bread sticks!!! These were made to perfection and crisp. The pizza was sooo hot. Yummy. The only problem for me was it was chilly in the restaurant, and they stopped serving ice.

I bought two large pizzas and whatever I received was clearly not being well kept or something as myself and everyone else who ate the pizza were met with fever, body aches and the shits 4-6 hours after having consumed it. One of my friends was so bad he went to the ER and was told it was a stomach virus from something he ate within the past few hours which only left Pizza Hut as the option. I myself was skeptical and figured perhaps it was the chicken I had much much earlier in the day, it was not. I reheated some of the leftovers (which I had packed up into a container and tossed in the fridge not long after consuming it the day prior), and proceeded to go through the exact same problem as the night before a few hours later. I then proceeded to toss out the remaining pizza.
The drive from my home to this location is only around 6-7 minutes so I know it’s not due to that. All I know is i will be venturing further away if I ever decide to get Pizza Hut again as I can’t bring myself to buy from this location again after that experience.

I was reached out to by the area manager. He was very friendly and wanted to ensure my family and friends were doing okay and make good on my poor experience. All I can say is if he’s in charge of the surrounding Dayton area he does a good job on ensuring customer satisfaction. I was promptly given a refund and sent some certificates to make good on my issue. I must say even if my experience made me think the food was poor, I must adjust the overall review as the service / prompt response provided by the area manager was great!

This place was just gross got my order wrong and the pizzas were horrible tasted and looked bad never again will I recommend or eat at this location again couldn’t even rate you the service was so bad…. What happened to this location we use to love going here

Dre and Jazz made one of the best pizzas I have had from Pizza Hut in a long time. Took me back to the 80’s when I was a kid. I’ll definitely be back especially when they are working.
