Everybody was so friendly! They are very respectful and food is always fresh. 9x out of 10 my food is always ready! When it’s not I don’t mind and I tip extra; they are almost always understaffed but do their best! Great Job Pizza Hut!

Great carryout. Pick up here a couple times a week. They do always seemed overworked, but they are usually flying around like crazy and always greet me as soon as I walk in. Food is great, and a good value considering how expensive all places seem to be getting. Looking for a value always ask about deals, they always have something going. 5/5

Who ever is running this place needs to make that bald delivery driver in the white SUV actually work. I stopped ordering delivery cause it either wouldn’t get to me in time or its cold.
I started just picking up my orders myself and guess what I see? That driver is just sitting in his SUV watching videos instead of getting those deliveries out. Makes sense now. (on the clock I’m sure of it) Unless he’s the boss there you guys need to do something about it. His attitude doesn’t help either (I always request napkins) he told me they were out but I’m sure he just forgot and said that. Spend your money elsewhere. I know I will.

Took forever again has doordash pick up, drivers cancel because the wait. Food eventually arrives cold $7.50 for Cinnabon with no icing and cold. Don’t waste you’re time, I certainly won’t anymore.

Have been a loyal customer for years. Ordered pizza which was burned when it arrived. Refused to give me a credit for the pizza instead of replacing it. When we showed up to the store front my spouse aggressively put the pizza on the counter but there was no one near her. We were laughed at by the manager Makayla, then a different employee with 2 dermals accused us of assault and threats while lunging at the counter, and we were asked to go outside, physically ushered by the tall male employee, and then locked out being told they are calling the police. They did not call the police, we did, and then they gave us the remade pizza with the officer there. Every employee is in health code/ serv safe violation with wireless earbuds, facial piercings, etc. I will not be ordering any food from this company going forward and I strongly suggest the company re-evaluate who they place in management.

Everyone else was very respectful except for the girl working counter she was on the phone with another customer and proceeded to cuss after getting off the phone saying the woman took to long to talk, when I come to Pizza Hut I expect to be treated with respect to my face and behind my back, they will not be getting my money until that girl is out of there for being unprofessional!

It’s hard to find a pizza hut that has a pan pizza that’s actually cooked right. I don’t know if they have new ovens or are doing something wrong at the other locations, but Burkhardt road still is great.

My order showed up 20 minutes late, cold and soggy. Driver parked half a block down the street from me, walking back and forth until I walked down to get the order. He then showed me the receipt from a different order and tried to insist I owed $15 more than what my actual total was. Guy acted like he was drunk or on drugs. I will not order from this location ever again!
