Ordered a pan pizza kinda well done. Drove 25 minutes home to find a barely adequate cooked hand tossed. Was told they can’t help if I can’t bring it back tonight. many pizza spots that are better but just wanted a well done pan pizza.

The last bone-in wings were overcooked but edible. However, on Wednesday, November 25, 2025, I was served the worst bone-in wings. Prior to picking up my order, I called the store regarding this issue. However, the issue of overlooking remains unresolved.
Bone-in wings tasted horrible due to excessive overcooking. The cook time should be consistent with the weight of the wings, not a standardized time for all wings.
My advice to current and potential customers: please purchase pizzas until Pizza Hut is able to serve bone-in wings that are cooked without overcooking.
So disappointed, shame on you, Pizza Hut!

Just ordered delivery. Driver accidentally forgot my 2 liter, immediately said they would bring it right back. Not the issue. I called the store, just to let them know what had happened. I wasn’t angry, I was just being a normal consumer by letting them know. Except, no one ever answered my call. IMO, they already knew the problem and instead of answering a customer’s call, they left me on hold until the driver returned and I then hung up. That’s pretty sad customer service. Don’t paint every customer with the same paint brush, Trotwood Pizza Hut. Have common courtesy. What happened to that?

I would have given a 1, but the guy at the window did great. First off, I paid $3.49 for a small order of fries. Although they were very tasty, the portion is a rip-off. The melts are good but overcooked. Not sure that I will go again?

The food was good, and the customer service was great. We ordered some more food and the cashier put the food we previously ordered in the warmer until the rest of the food was done. I recommend this pizza hut

I have personally ordered from them, the food is great and when it comes to service I don’t complain because they are doing the best they can with the small staff team they have, they have a spec chart (like all restaurants do) that they have to fallow an company policies they have to fallow and don’t have any control over, some of you in these reviews are mad about things they can’t control, this store has been running on short staffing last year to two years and Matt the General Manager is doing a great job to keep it running, there current company policy that I have been informed on is a remake for your food that night if not they have to gather your address and name for a coupon for a free large one topping to be sent to you in the mail. The managers are not allowed to do refunds anymore (company policy) it’s only the GM or higher up the chain who can. So I advise you not to get upset or angry with the staff as they have no control over the company’s policy that the company puts in, they are all human who are tired and trying to do their jobs right with such small staff they got, it’s not there fault people don’t want to get jobs. They can’t control that! To the Team thank you for doing you best on the busiest days and even the slow days, the ones who understand see your hard work!! Keep up the good work!!

You know, They do not use bags and expect you to perform a balancing act getting your food through the drive-through window. They don’t know you or if you have a medical condition or what not but bags are important for small items like wings and stuff like that. Just bag it Up, you know, in a real way.
Also, they don’t follow instructions like cutting pizza in squares when you put it in the app, you know. They need new management in a real way, you know.
