I ordered online and the delivery was by a Pizza Hut employee not DoorDash. I told the girl that we were missing an order of wings. She said she would tell the manager when she got back to the store which she did not do. After she left I opened the pizza to serve to my mother. It was the wrong pizza. I ordered a supreme with no mushrooms and it was just pepperoni and mushrooms. I began trying to call the store for 30 mins. No one ever answered. I drove the pizza back to the store myself and talked to the manager. He instructed employees to make my new pizza next and to drop my wings. An hour later and I was still waiting with several other customers. One employee was cussing and using the F word and nothing was said to her about it by the manager. I understand it’s a holiday but to be standing there for an hour to get my order corrected was not good service at all. I finally told the manager that I wanted a refund which I did get. There were serveral other customers that had also been waiting over an hour for their food. It was a terrible experience and I will never order from Pizza Hut again which sucks because we love it but this particular store needs work on service and how to treat customers as well as the foul language being used.

A few months ago I had to deal with a Rude terrible Employee! not sure if she was a manger or not but Beware if they mess up your order they will not make it right and will not refund your money, I had to call corporate for a refund and also corporate was supposed to reach out to me, guess what? Still waiting! I have not or will ever sit foot in Pizza Hut ever again after the way I was treated..I have bought Pizza Hut for my family for years but will never spend another dime at Pizza Hut after the horrible experience I had at this restaurant!

Phoned in an order to a call center somewhere, who sent it to the store and it got lost somewhere.
Two follow up calls and 45 minutes on hold to speak with soneone at the local store and i finally get a text back that my order is on the way by Door Dash and should arrive 2.5 hours after i originally ordered.

Ordered from Pizza Hut today and wish I didn’t. Quality at this location continues to decline. Spent $70 for two pizzas, cheese sticks, and a brownie. Brownie wasnt even cut when it arrived. 1 pizza came with hard crust and barely any toppings, second pizza pictured with my review came very burnt and without the extra toppings I paid extra for (and were listed on my receipt). Guess Pizza Hut is ok with stealing money from customers who keep them in business and having absolutely zero quality control. Poor product and even poorer customer service will continue to lead to a bad business reputation. It would be nice if the corporation or location could provide an actual explanation for the poor quality and theft of money for product not provided instead of ignoring the problem, a PR blanket sorry, or just posting a “sorry for this, please contact us at this email address”. The Pizza Hut slogan “No one out pizzas the hut”….. pretty sure my 4 yo can make a higher quality Lunchable pizza than this place.

We did not receive our chicken wings. After attempt to call we were on hold 40 plus minutes before hanging up. It was a delivery order that we even tipped driver in order to have top service. Driver was told we were short on our order and we got a dumb look and call the store type thing.
This was our first time ordering after moving into town. We have never had a problem with competitors. What a let done Pizza Hut!
