Horrible experience came in and was told to sit wherever we wanted . Sat down never got waited on no menus or drink order . Waited over twenty minutes no one even came over to us . They weren’t that busy the guy came over to one table multiple times the other lady came over to the table by us never even looked our way . I seen one couple had to go up and ask for their drink refill . We wouldn’t have said much but we got no menu or drink order . Then the one guy looked at us like we shouldn’t have got up and left. Won’t be back worse visit I’ve ever had there.

Pizza Hut Classic! Drove an hour just for the experience but the food ended up being exactly what it use to be and very good! Our server was very good and food cooked perfectly.

I had a horrible experience on the app I was frustrated and about to give up and call Parkers, that alone should say how annoyed I was. (that place used to be amazing now the burger is the only only thing we can get there and as long as it’s not raw we can eat it) I digress…Janna, the manager @ Pizza Hut ,apologized for the 40 minutes it took to get nothing accomplished online and she was just wonderful!! She got my order ,was helpful and polite I will keep coming because of her. I rarely leave reviews because ppl have bad days and things happen but she deserves the praise! Thanks girly

We visited the Georgetown Oh location today, 11/23/22 around 7pm. We were greeted immediately and seated within 1 minute of walking in the door. Our server was apparently brand new, I didn’t catch his name but he was tall, had long hair neatly pulled back with a hat on as well…early 20s. We had our drinks immediately and our order was taken promptly. Our breadsticks came out first followed shortly by the 2 pizzas we ordered. The food was outstanding! Hot, very fresh, lots of toppings and the order was correct. Our table was checked on several times, we received prompt refills and to go boxes when we were heading out. I want to mention the manager, he was wearing a flannel shirt, headset and had a few tattoos on his fore arms- this man was seating people, cleaning tables, wiping off the salad bar, checking on guests that were seated, bringing refills to other tables, cashing people out and working in the kitchen. He was doing everything right and working absolutely every station in the place. Between our great server and the food, our dinner tonight was great! I do want to mention in case anyone from corporate is reading- the restaurant was absolutely FREEZING and several other tables were making comments as well so it wasn’t just me being cold natured. The parking lot is also VERY, VERY DARK. The front is dimly lit by the very dim street lights but the back where we had to park was pitch black and a little surprising that there are no lights on in the parking lot. Got a large stuffed crust pizza with a garlic butter crust and a 4 pc garlic bread with cheese. My little blonde waitress was peppy and adorable. She even made my pizza herself. It was a good experience and only cost 23$ including the drink. The lobby is open so you can finally have a nice meal out. 5 stars for service and great tasting food. I would recommend eating at this pizza hut location.

Service was great. Our server was very attentive and the food was good. I gave a 4 star because I felt the crust on my pan pizza was a little overcooked. All in all, we will definitely go back there next time we want Pizza Hut.

Felt like I was back in the 1990’s. Everything was just as I remembered it from the red plastic cups to the stained glass lights. Music and photos on the wall are from that time period as well. Their pizza is best straight from the pan, and it didn’t disappoint. Looking forward to going back.

I really cant find anything good to say about this place…. it was hot like the hvac was broke , our appetizers didn’t come out before the pizza , the waitress never checked on us , and worst of all the pizza made me sick again ! Literally every time I’ve ate there that night ill throw up . I figured after a couple.of years they would be better…. boy was i wrong ….. I’ve definitely learned they they will never change
