My pizza is always great from here. Delivery is fast and friendly. Reminds me of the old school pizza hut flavor. It’s hard to find anymore, but they still got it here.

It’s said that the quality of the food is really dependent on who’s cooking it. (I now find this to be true!)
We have frequently went to this Pizza Hut for 30 years. 1-2 times per month. Never any issue. I consider this long relationship of unblemished service carefully as I write this review; nevertheless this must be said.
Call in order, our usual method. We order the Tavern Style pizza, second time trying this. First time was delightful! 15 minutes was the pickup window.
We arrive in 10 minutes and instead of using the drive thru “pick up window”, we opted to go inside to check out the remodeled space. Overall pretty good but it was clear that no one eats in anymore.
We stood at the service counter…….waiting. Staff looking at us but not acknowledging the fact we were inside. Almost as though we weren’t supposed to be inside lol. A worker did address us, but in a manner of disgust because he had to deal with us.
(That is when I went outside and got my phone to conduct a review)
Food came in a timely manner. We prepaid so they didn’t have to deal with us and our dirty money or credit card. The worker slid the boxes across the counter and walked away. Sterile and clearly bothered.
Got home, 10 minutes across town. Both thin crust pizza. Way overcooked and dry. Not the experience we had hoped for.
Thought about calling in to complain but decided against the “spit upon special” so we persevered.
After 30 years this was as disappointing as an experience could be. I guess the good ole days are gone forever.
The inside was clean, I will say that!

I hate doing these things but we had an order and it arrived cold. I called and had a great talk with a manager and she she our order out again. It was still cold. I have a picture holding out TWO slices of thin crust pieces. In these times I understand that staff is shortened but you do what you need to do to keep integrity. Pizza Hut lost a customer.

Every time I order from Bucyrus Pizza Hut in the evenings my order is always messed up or I have to wait. Last night my order was number 47 and I ordered around 5:40 p.m. I ordered the pizza mekt and the fries( the big box) and when I got the pizza melt it was almost burnt in the french fries were almost burnt and this is the second time I’ve ordered on second shift I usually order in the mornings but I was on second shift last night but then I had to wait and also I had to wait at the drive-thru window 5 to 8 minutes when the same person kept walking back and forth in front of the window and not looking over. I probably will not order on evenings again and I will make sure my I let my friends know my experience with the evening Pizza Hut

We love our Bucyrus Pizza Hut. Changes to their menu much welcomed. Hope they keep the fold overs. The gentleman Luke at drive through window was so polite. Wish I had gotten her name, but she brought us our food when ready. Made certain the order was correct and asked if I needed anything else. She had such a beautiful smile. Our food is always hot and ready. Wish you all had the salad bar again. Was a great dining experience. Thank you fine staff.

Horrible CS. Food was awful I can’t even rate them 1 star..but I will bc they knew english.. no smiles at all .. 1 dude walks away while I was explaining a split payment.. the bottom of the pizza was as thick as 4 pieces of paper glued together.. the quality has gone down the tubes.. presentation let’s say I ordered a large bbq stuffed crust and got 9 pieces of chicken. Other order we paid 4 an 8 PC chic wing got 6pc.. 54 bucks ttl.. yeah no more of the hut 4 us.. business owner must not care.. poor management can kill a restaurant
