Delivery was late..I was scheduled for 320pm..but didn’t arrive until hour later. Nonetheless, I ordered the wings..Garlic parm and honey bbq..they were ok..I have had better at the canton ohio location..this food is from the pizza hunt in Groveport oh
On my next visit to canton, Ohio we ordered the newyork style pizza and boneless spicy garlic wings. The pizza was very delicious but unfortunately the boneless were not. Nonetheless, the hut on Cleveland Avenue did a great job on service compared to the one in Groveport oh.

Second time I came into Pizza Hut on Cleveland avenue this week! This is definitely the best one!
Bobbie Jo and Savana were professional and extremely friendly and polite.

Buyer beware. Expensive poor quality.
This location didn’t even taste like pizza hut. They didn’t cut the pizza, the crust is undercooked, and then gave us handtossed instead of pan, what we ordered. $50 for pizza and breadsticks.

Call the store to placed a delivery order. Was told 40 minutes. After a hour tried to call and see what was going on. Was placed on hold for 45 minutes. Finally a Door Dash person called me and said someone stole my order. And they would have to get it approved by door dash to remake the order. I told the to cancel the order after 2 hours. So I went to the store to make sure the order was canceled but they was remaking it. Told them to cancel the order. And refund my card. Was told it wasn’t there fault that someone from door dash has been stealing orders lately. So why use them. Will never order there again. Bad costumer service.

The driver was 2 hours late of getting my food to me and then expected me to be outside standing waving in with my arms in the air for her to find my house they put my number in wrong they put my house number in wrong then blames me for not having the right address Pizza Hut can go to hell they should have never opened back up never order there again

Wings weren’t even cooked all the way. New management sucks. Been a poor experience ever since my guy Brian left. 2 outta 3 orders have been wrong. The new store manager is so rude and treats other employees pretty poorly. The poor girl she was talking to just looked scared. the employees look like there walking on pins and needles anymore. I literally come to this hut for the experience and they always had my order correct. Used to have a really fun atmosphere now it feels like a funeral. Delivery has been much better lately and the tavern pizza has been good. But past that can’t say much good about this hut anymore. We been driving to the one in Jackson. This Store just doesn’t do it like it use to.
