It has a cool retro vibe. It’s Pizza Hut. The buffet might be a little more dry and less fresh, so I’m not familiar with their regular food. The sauce wasn’t anything to write home about. The service was relaxed. It reminded me of employees at a business that is in the way out. However, they don’t build the new huts like this anymore.

I dined in today with my kids. Our waiter was an adorable young man who was very sweet and even called me ma’am ❤️. He gets five stars! However, the restaurant itself was disgusting. The plates were dirty, table was dirty, floor was dirty. Everything was sticky and I felt like I was going to catch some type of disease using the restroom. For the love of God can you guys please clean your restaurant!

Ordered pizza after 6 months since the last 2 orders wereessed up and they didn’t offer even to fix it and when I got my pizza there was barely any sauce looked dry and old. I’m deleting the app and never gonna try it again. 3 times and 3 failures. Not happy my wings tasted like they mixed teriyaki and hot sauce together. So disappointing….

I come into this restaurant a lot during my lunch break. This restaurant specifically has the buffet from 11:30 to 1:00. When I come in I am greeted by the same server every single time.
Over the course of the past few months I’ve noticed that this poor guy is getting more and more stressed out because it seems like he’s pulling triple duty in the building. I watch him and he buses tables, serves the guests, makes the food, and reloads the plates and things. Every once in awhile I’ll see somebody else pulled plates out, but it’s usually him alone. He’s also the only server I see during the lunch rush.
I never see the manager doing anything to help out his crew, and it seems like the guy wants to hide. I can see the look of frustration on a lot of the employees faces. Management has got to get this poor guy some help. Not an additional, but somebody else to make the food so he can bring it out and give him a break.

When an order is supposed to be ready at 6:45 and the person is there to pick it up and it is now 7:30. And then you won’t even acknowledge the person you are supposed to be helping because they are doordash? Helping other people that came in afterwards is downright rude and disrespectful. Garbage pizza place in Canton.. called to ask about dining in and the guy was extremely rude and said he couldn’t answer our questions , we was going to dine in because every time we get their pizza delivered its cold , old and isn’t good. We’ve decided we just won’t spend another dime with pizza hut.. and hopefully they just go out of business..

My friend and I just ate lunch at the pizza hut on Tuscarawas Ave in Canton Ohio, and it was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! We both had the buffet and all the hot foods were cold, the break sticks were so hard that u could break a window with them or possibly ur teeth ♀️ ♀️. The bathroom floors were so sticky that u could lose a shoe. Then there’s the employees, oh dear God, the employees!!! Our waiter checked on us 1 time and all the employees in the back were so loud, yelling, screaming and playing games that my friend literally thought we might be murdered!! The guy taking our money when we left asked how everything was and I told him it was all horrible then he ot rude and didn’t want to talk to me anymore, which is ok because I don’t wanna talk to him anymore either. Definitely less then zero stars if that’s possible!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!

Me and my husband called to order pizza to be delivered to our house. We were giving the person helping us on the phone a second card to pay off the rest of the bill and she hung up on us. We called multiple times talk to her again and said that our connection broke up over the phone and then she hung up on us again completely ignoring us then we finally got someone else so we told them her address And they said that our address is not in range which is fine but instead of telling us that she chose to just completely ignore us and they took $25 from us. We didn’t even know the order was canceled. She didn’t tell us we kept calling back to try to get a refund at least Then I finally asked the employee that wasn’t her if the order gets canceled if we get a refund and he said yes we weren’t even told that at all she was severely rude. She could’ve just told us that we weren’t in the distance that they delivered and we would’ve called someone else instead she wasted our time This Pizza Hut just completely is unprofessional and sucks. And honestly, it’s not that hard to just be polite and communicate do better.
