Drove in level 1 snowstorm to pick up pizza only to find crust on meat lovers is thin not hand tossed I ordered and on my receipt. No biggie mistakes happen but when I called to give them the opportunity to correct it the guy answered the call after holding for 8 min then put me back on hold for nearly an hour so I gave up. About halfway thru I call on my husband’s phone to see if just busy or avoiding dealing with it. They answered in about 5 min but hung up on me when tried explaining that I’m still on hold with my phone. Shame on you. Calling my credit card company for fraudulently charging me for something ordered and not receiving. Shame Shame Shame on you!

Placed an order by phone. Waited 15 minutes. Went through drive thru, girl asked the name said she didn’t see our order. Call back in and spoke with the same guy who we ordered with he said it was the right store. Everything was ordered right. Right name right order. Girl cant find the order. Can’t believe this store is still in business. Will not go back to this store.

Me and my husband stopped by the Orville location at 7:51p.m. on 10/18/24. We were greeted by Matt. When we were ready to make our order, Spencer assisted us instantly and even got us a great deal. His guest service and customer appreciation is top tier and is one the reasons why me and my family frequent pizza hut. As we were leaving, Matt was courteous enough to offer utensils and paper plates. It was an amazing experience. No one out pizzas the hut and good people like Spencer and Matt are primary reasons for that. Thank you Spencer and Matt.

I ordered pizza which was fine BUT the deal came with 2 sets of boneless wings. I ordered garlic parm which was fine but i also ordered dry rub Cajun and what I got was sweet chilli which is far from what I ordered. Not happy about that

Worst experience ever. Almost an hour late on deliver ( delivery by 5:55 delivered @6:41). Ordered 4 medium pan crust, received 2 hand tossed, and 2 thin rectangle. Called twice 1st no delivery workers, then it showed picked up @6:19. 2nd time they ran out of pan medium crust. We just gave you what we had. But you charged me for pan $4. Most unorganized business I have ever seen. We order at least once a week..never again

Went to pick up our order. A large stuffed crust with pepperoni and 2 orders of boneless wing. Wings were hot,and the pizza was cold and barely cut. Dough was older, not fresh.

Ordering pizza shouldn’t be stressful. The app constantly crashes. The website is trash as well. I couldn’t redeem points due to the malfunctions. I went ahead and paid for the pizza 15.99 but it should have been free. This frustration happens everytime I order from this place. The malfunction of not talking to someone who actually works in the store drives me nuts as well. So we will just be eating at other local shops, absolutely done with PIZZA HUT!!!
