Ordered 10 pizzas and it appears that they were dropped at the store or in the delivery process. When you call for assistance it is an answering service and a never ending hold loop. The answering service states that unless the store picks up there is nothing they can do. I asked for the direct number to the store but the answering service states that there isn’t a direct number? I was then given the number to the corporate offices, but there is no option to speak with someone about a complaint/issue you are directed to the store.

I ordered the super Supreme I belive it was called…. with no pepperoni and extra cheese and sauce on 10/12/23. I paid $2.25 for extra cheese and didn’t get it. Then I get there and the doors r locked. No sign on the door that says use the drive thru. But it did give hours. Go to drive thru…pay…the guy gives me the box…now I have to pull out of line to situate the pizza so that it doesn’t dump all over. U know we r used to walking out, putting it on our back seat, floor or trunk. Idk….. I wasn’t too impressed. I haven’t had a pizza in a very long time because I’m on keto. And this was my cheat food….. only out of convenience I went to this location only because I was in the area. Never again. Based on other reviews, this place just takes ur money and u do not get what u pay for. To me that’s what I call crooks.

Each time that I have been able to get through to the store my order and service was great. However, getting to place my order through the call center is TERRIBLE. They either send me to a state different than the one that I’m in or tell me that the store is closed . This is not a good way to do business! I will probably revert to another company to get pizza when I want it.

The Saturday night workers are not helpful and super rude. Told me neither of my orders came threw on there end therefore the order was not ready for pick up. They refused to make the order when on my end said order was completed.

Mom put in a order for 2 chocolate chip cookies Wednesday 20th 2025. When she first called in She had to talk to a foreign lady who to the order the went to send her to a secure line in which she was hung up on. So she called back and explained that she was hung up on. She finally placed her order and paid with my card. Then the driver brought order to the door and I gave my mom 6.00 for a tip. He then tells my mother it would be $15. Something. Mom tells the guy she already paid with a card that all she had was 6.00 for the tip. The guy carries order back out to car and calls up and asked them if she paid with a card in which he brings order back to door and gives the order to her. Long story short we aren’t ordering from them anymore…

Truck parking right across the street, looked at that bright open sign in the window just to have the lady stare at me and walk away. Doors locked. Must be a thing around here close up early and lose sales. I wonder if the owner likes losing money.

Why oh why is this just a drive threw? Pizza hut i miss the nostalgia!!!! We need that feeling again ! It just don’t take the same when u were eating a pan pizza due to the books u read !!! Bring back the book it !! And the restaurant!!!!!

Ordered a pizza about a week ago and didn’t receive half of my toppings so I was told I could call back and get a free one next time. Problem is that no one at the local store wants to answer the phone every time I try to call. I’m only able to get ahold of their call center now which they aren’t very helpful.
I do not recommend ordering from Pizza Hut anymore seeing as how this issue is recurring. I had another problem before with wrong delivery address and tried calling them to fix it but wasn’t able to get ahold of them at that time either. Long phone wait times with endless looping (going through their phone support) isn’t a way to treat your customers. I won’t be ordering from here anymore. Strongly advise you to do the same.

It’s just another typical Pizza Hut, nothing terrible but nothing amazing that makes me want to order more. I would say it’s probably the best Pizza place in Navarre though. East of Chicago is always extremely rough and Pizza Oven is just

Pizza Hut is probably what you’d expect. Out of the handful of times I’ve ordered from here, my order has never been messed up. Tend to order on the weekends so they probably have the better crew working. They’re usually consistent.
Overall not a negative experience but definitely not disappointed, just what I expected.
