Ohio tickets with Robert
I stepped back in 1990 at this Pizza Hut in Hartville, Ohio. They had a lunch buffet which shocked me because they weren’t away years ago. Even had the plastic red cup and refilled my glass from a plastic pitcher. The waitress asked if there was a pizza I would like on the buffet, they made me a Hawaiian and was tasty. Enjoyed the salad bar they had. Had small cinnamon bread pieces and small garlic bread pieces also with pasta and sauce.

When I call to place an order for a PizzaHut pizza I do not want to be transfered to a call center in India! I do not have a problem with Indian people but I do have a problem having all my information being sent to another Country! Why is it not possible to speak to someone at the Pizza Hut in which I am trying to buy a pizza from? You have lost some of my business in the past and if you do not do something about this problem you will have lost all my business in it’s entirety going forward!

Paid extra for a pan pizza, they gave us hand tossed. There was NO flavor or sauce on our meat lovers pizza. The cheese sticks didn’t have any Parmesan on them. They were out of brownies and didn’t tell us until we were there to pick up the order. VERY disappointing this store used to be amazing, this is the second time we have gotten take out this month and it was TERRIBLE. Not to mention the times we have gone for the buffet and there was NO pizza. Shame on you guys you’ve turned a great store into a joke.

Ordered online and paid more for cheese bread, still got regular bread sticks anyway. Tried to call in to see what could be done but nobody answers the phone apparently, hung up after 5 minutes. Thanks for stealing my money Pizza Hut!

Been here for the Lunch buffet for 20 minutes now and the pizzas have been gone the whole time and nothing new has come out aside from breadsticks. Good thing I have an unlimited amount of time

Went for the salad bar. Disappointing. Brown lettuce and almost empty ingredients. Three tables in the place. All three had someone going to the salad bar. Thought they would have made sure it looked good and had been stocked. Guess it was not a priority.

Just had the worst meal we have ever had from Pizza Hut! We ordered 2 medium hand tossed pizzas that were at best – thin crust. They were overcooked and like tough leather to chew. We ordered hut favorite seasoning on the crust and as you can see in the photos, there was none (this is the 2nd time for this error from this restaurant). The bread sticks were tough to chew as well. The chocolate chip cookie actually had burnt chips on the bottom so the cookie tasted scorched. Not a huge reviewer, but I am just so tired of getting bad food for the money I pay.
