Extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed and paid for my order over the phone at 9:15 PM even spelled out my address to avoid any confusion. After waiting over an hour with no delivery, I called in to check on it and no one answered. I then had to drive to the store myself, only to be told my order was delivered to the wrong address. They remade my food, but when I finally got home, one of the pizzas was completely wrong. I ordered a supreme and received something entirely different. Between the delivery mistake, lack of communication, and incorrect remake, this was unacceptable. There needs to be better attention to detail and customer service to prevent situations like this!

Pizza cost $25.00. The toppings were very sparse and some were missing altogether. To make matters worse, they gave the order to Door Dash who left it ON THE GROUND in front of my front door. No ringing the doorbell, ignored my instructions for placing it in my hand. TERRIBLE. No one answered the phone when I called to get my tip removed.I have given this store 5 years of business. NEVER AGAIN.

After a poor experience a couple of weeks ago, I decided to give this place another chance after the manager, Sam, made an effort to make my experience better. Here we are again with boneless wings with barely any sauce and what is supposed to be a Super Supreme pizza cut into squares (for my toddler). I called and got no apology and no sympathy, but they offered to remake it. Spend your hard earned money literally anywhere else.
They just brought my replacement order and the delivery driver was kind and apologized. The pizza is great, but there’s literally NO sauce on the “honey barbecue” wings. What a joke.

Wow, my food was so good I ordered while being in the hospital. Sam was very patient with me while taking my order, it has been some years since I ordered from any Pizza Hut. I ordered a big box for the first time and I am extremely satisfied way to go Pizza Hut. I’m coming back where I belong, long live the Hut.

Hit or miss kinda place. Chicken buffalo pizza didn’t have enough cheese, asked for extra sauce and it was a thin layer that had absorbed into the pizza. Other pizza was good. Also had gotten the boneless spicy garlic wings, which are typically my favorite but some how tasted different this time, but they were still good. We always place online, arrive to the store according to the time on the app, but we’ve always gotta wait an extra 10-15 mins.

Impossible to reach the store by phone when they create an issue, which is often. They are subbing out deliveries to DoorDash now. Too many places to get pizza around here to spend money on their low quality food and even worse customer service.
