I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Pizza Hut! Everything was spot-on from start to finish. The pizzas were perfectly cooked, loaded with toppings, and tasted amazing. You can really tell the food was made fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and impressively fast — honestly some of the best service I’ve had anywhere. My order was ready quickly and exactly right. This visit completely exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

The inside of the crust was thin and nasty. They have really jacked up prices and dumbed down what was once decent pizza. The only reasons they got two stars on service was because of the fries being halfway decent and the driver being nice and professional. The pizza downright sucked.

I ordered a large stuffed crust with extra pepperoni, Italian sausage and extra cheese. I got one with no sausage and no extra cheese. When the pizza arrived it was dried out like it had been setting out all day. The crust thinner than cardboard, but also tasted like cardboard. The only thing edible was the stuffed crust edge. So basically I had to throw the pizza in to the trash. I will never order another pizza from this Pizza Hut on mahoning Ave.

I placed an order on line for the guess that what I get for not sending a tip.. heads up… you have to earn your tip.16″ big new Yorker. I did not leave a tip seeing how I was picking it up. When I got to the drive thru window, the you men asked me to sign the receipt and to place a tip.. ( if I wanted). This was strange seeing how I paid on line. They already got my money. Anyways I got home and found my 16″ pizza only had 3 pepperoni per slice.
