This classic pizza hut reminded me of the 80s and early 90s. I loved the decor such as the checkerboard table cloths, distinctive pizza hut lights and the posters on the walls. The service was very good . The personal pan pizzas were very good as always. The salad bar was missing some items that they used to have but enough to make a fine salad. Hope to go there again soon.

Buffet, Salad Bar, great prices, expanded menu from where you’d normally find in most pizza huts, our waitress was the nicest lady ever, great conversations while enjoying the atmosphere and this is a location I’ll never forget – me and my wife travel the country for work and we will automatically remember where to go for when we want our pizza hut fix.

This one is a ” classic pizza hut” it has the checkered table clothes and old style pizza hut lamps and a salad bar, two games to play. Food is the same as every other pizza hut. We drove an hour and 45 to experience this since a pizza hut is where I worked when we dated when I was 17, I’m 54 now so it was a walk down memory lane for us.

Pizza Hut still has good pizza, and my ordering through Door Dash and Uber Eats bring their ratings down because when you get your food, it’s cold . Who wants to pay 20 to 50.00 for cold food? Nobody! These restaurants and Ridesharess need to start putting some respect on customer service again.

I ordered the pasta with meat sauce, it comes with bread sticks. Very big disappointment. It was definitely over cooked. Cheese was very brown, lifted it in the corner. The whole top came off. Packed with pepperoni under the cheese
Last time we had this it didn’t have pepperoni. Definitely did not have enough sauce for the amount of pasta. The bread sticks was just one big dough, uncut, tough, tasted like it had been reheated several times. Very chewy. Between this and ordering pizza and never getting sauce to cover all the dough. I believe I an done with Salem Ohio Pizza Hut. I have enclosed photos. I tried to cut bread sticks they didn’t cut very well.

Waitress was decent but sold a lot of the buffet meals but we waited for over a half hour for it to be filled. When it got pasta we really couldn’t get much without feeling guilty because other tables with kids were waiting also!! Took about another 15 minutes for pizza to show up. There were two other tables besides us that were waiting for food! We had one trip to the buffet and I got a salad, 3 tiny slices of pizza then it was empty other than the few same slices of pizza, no pasta and dried up breadsticks. There was a table on the other side that got 4 pizzas and buffet was not refilled, I heard the presuming manager because she told employees what to do say she was sorry to them for waiting. My sister in law had to ask when they would have some pasta for the buffet and was told they just put some on. We had 15 people, there was a table of 5 and another not sure how many and the pasta in the pic was 1″ thick and only one out there for 15 minutes. Pretty bad when they worry about the checks and give you them before you even have the chance to finish a second plate of food!! My husband’s niece and her daughter ate after we got our checks because she came for pasta! When we left at least 6 pizzas were there and some pasta but no apologies for being bare that I was still hungry..If they would have explained they couldn’t handle the buffet we could have all ordered off the menu. We will not be going there again.

Well arrived around 545pm. They brought 1 meal for 1 child out. About 30 min ago. My other 3 children still have not got their food nor I and it is 7:10pm. They have 1 waitress for the entire dinning room. Several tables contain empty glasses and ours included. Getting a refill is impossible. They brought our breadsticks for our pasta over 20min ago. They were extremely hard and flavorless. One man left complaining he had been here for over an hour waiting on a pizza. First time I had been to Pizza Hut in years. It will be next to never that I return to this location.

Most definitely my favorite Pizza Hut of all time! Customer service is amazing. There’s always a friendly face that recognizes you and strikes up conversation. My order is always to perfection and exceeds my expectations. This is the kind of pizza I remember growing up with so I’m happy to find a place that keeps the tradition alive!
