If I could give half a star I would. Terrible service!!! Im very disappointed in the manager for how she acted when i called. I was sitting in their parking lot and ordered 3 pizzas and chicken wings and bread sticks. She said made to order but the pizzas had to of been sitting for sometime because I live 5 minutes away and it wasn’t even warm when i got home. I called and talked to the manager Katie and she was very rude and said i dont know what to tell you, she made them fresh made to order and we could bring them back just for them to remake it again.

Called to order pizza and wings for take out. Customer service was extremely friendly and accommodating.
The food was exceptional. The pizza and wings at the Hubbard location were the best I’ve had! I ordered Buffalo wings which were made to perfection. The pepperoni lover’s pizza was fresh, hot and reminded me of the Pizza Hut pizza I had as a kid. No need to order from any other pizza shop. This is by far the best.

We tried to call and place our order but no one would answer the phone. I then placed our order online and had the OPTION to pick up the order at their curbside window but did not select this.
When I arrived, I went inside to get our food and waited several minutes with no one acknowledging me. I looked behind the counter and politely asked if my order was ready. I was told that the reason no one would speak to me was because I was not to be in the building and should have read the sign on the window. I was told to leave and walk outside to the take out window for them to talk to me.
After going outside and driving up to the window, I apologized to them and he told me many people make that mistake. Maybe they should lock their door then?????
When I got the food home I found the pizza burned and the wing dressing just not mixed in at all. See attached photos.

So Im currently sitting in Pizza Hut parking lot waiting on our order look over to not only see the man who works behind the counter sitting there doing nothing but EATING In customer view. Let’s just say my order is canceled. This is disgusting and unprofessional!

Order was wrong regular breadsticks instead of cheesy, double pepperoni pizza had less pepperoni then a normal pizza, pizza had almost no sauce on it. Food wasn’t hot. Pic is what I got and is supposed to be double pepperoni.

Please take note of all the negative reviews – they are warranted. Ordered two large pizzas for delivery. The pizzas smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke we tried to air them out in the 15 degree weather because we didn’t want to bring them inside our home. Absolutely disgusting to waste food for the amount of $ we spent.

Saw the advertisement for melts and wanted to try them. The new cheeseburger melt with sauce reminded me of a big mac with thin crunchy crust. We were surprised how good they tasted. Also ordered a pepperoni lovers melt and was reported to be very good. Will definitely be back for more melts.
