Hard-working people! Gets very busy at times like the weekends but they keep up with it if they have enough on staff. The regular workers that have been there longer do a great job but if the new ones are there by themselves without the regular workers, it’s a nightmare and the food sucks.

Ordered 2 stuff crust pizzas on a Saturday and they were terrible. If there was sauce on them you could have fooled me. And they’re so greasy on top and bottom I use paper towels to soak up the extra grease. The crusts seemed to be barely browned. Don’t know if it was that it was later time on Saturday that they were poorly made? Used to be good not so much now.

Pizza was good. I ordered on line and it said my order would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. I was at the pick up window in 30 minutes and was told it would be at least 20 more minutes. I left and returned in 20 minutes to get it. I think there might be a disconnect between the website and the store. They were obviously really busy. This has never happened before.

I order a lot from Pizza Hut and never had bad experience until tonight I sat in drive thru for 15 minutes before any one came then another 10 minutes before I got my pizza got it home then it was made wrong

-1 star. Ordered at 619pm was to be delivered at 755 ok cool no biggie … good didn’t arrive till after 830pm, and it was cold. I would have went and picked it up since I only live a couple blocks away but I just had surgery and I’m not allowed to drive. Was super disappointed and when I called the phone just rang.

Pizza was cold and soggy. I opt to track my order via text message when I order it online and was notified at 7:00p that my pizza was on its way. I live two minutes away and it came at 7:20. I was sitting outside when my pizza arrived. The driver arrived with another passenger in the car who did not look like a Pizza Hut employee. He walked around to the other side of his car where he had the passenger unlock it but the passenger wanted to play around and not unlock the door. Finally he did and I received my pizza. It all around took longer than it should have, all for me to end up with cold, soggy pizza. The pizza was also topped horribly. There were three slices that were covered in pepperoni, while the remainder of the pizza had two slices of pepperoni on each. It was just awful. 1/10, will probably not order again from here soon.

The food that we order was good, however it was cold and they forgot to include the pop and extra marina sauce that we ordered.
I know that it was at 0* outside but we are only a 1 mile a way. But after warming everything up in the mic. it was OK. A little disappointed in the mater in which the order was taken and the temperature of the food. I am sure that the next time it will be better.
