It’s truly sad I have to write a bad review for this location because I have ordered from them a lot and it’s usually pretty good. I ordered a salad tonight and it had moldy onions, brown lettuce, and the core of a dried green pepper or something in it. I end up calling to talk to a manager who says they refuse to give a refund or even a credit for a future order. They did offer to remake it but after how nasty this one was I really didn’t want another one. So disappointed with the service and the food & I gave them a chance to make it right but they did nothing at all about it. Won’t be ordering from there anymore & really wouldn’t recommend the salad if you choose to order from the Rittman location.

Well the new general manager is a real peach. I have been ordering once a week for many years. Today I was informed by her I was outside of their radius and they will no longer be delivering to us. She was extremely rude in explaining this to me. Last week I called to place an order they left me on the phone for 15 minutes so I drove to the store while on hold. I figured the store was probably busy. However when I arrived still on hold the store was dead with one order on the board. I over heard one of the workers in the back room say well it’s just my luck that she would have shown up. I will not do business with them again.

We ordered the box with 2 medium pizzas, bread sticks and chicken. This 24.99 for it through the deals. The pizza’s crusts were delicious and thick. Bread sticks are yummy and the chicken crisp. What a bargain and leftovers for the morning!

Employees are very nice, and make you feel you matter as a customer. Any time I experienced an “issue” they were quick to correct it and make it right. One of my pizza’s came out burnt once and they put a new one in, they noticed it before giving it to me.

I order from the Rittman Pizza Hut on a weekly basis for the most part. And I’m always impressed with the service and the food. It’s always as I order it and the service is fast. The employees are very friendly and professional also. I ordered today(11/17/18) and it was carry out. The female employee who waited on me was so friendly and extremely pleasant to talk to. I ordered wings with my points that i did not receive and a large pan pizza and all i got was 2 medium regular not pan pizzas. When i called and could not have someone get my wings, i was basically told i was out my points and my wings. No other pizza hut has ever been this rude!

I love that Pizza hut moved into town, however I’m not too fond of their customer service lately. for instance today I was told that my sauce was in the box. I got home to find no sauce in any of the boxes. Leading me to have to return to the store.
