I used to never order Pizza Hut due to quality issues from the past but I decided to give it another try and I must say this location has been making the best pizzas every time I order! They’ve been made so well I’ve been ordering at least once a week. I am hooked on Pizza Hut now! This location is awesome thanks to its amazing employees, give them a raise! My only gripe is the pepperoni lovers not being covered in pepperoni like it used to be but I’m assuming that is corporate policy only allowing a certain number of pepperoni slices.

Im so mad right now that i havent even eaten more than that bite in the pic before writing this. Haven’t had pizza hut in years and thought let’s try it again. Ordered extra sauce on the pizza for the cheesy bites and half the pizza is literally dry. My first bite was just cheese and paper thin crust. Will not be going back.
The lady working also just opened the window with a RBF and said “name”. Made me feel like I was bothering her.
Take my advice and go to laconis. Fresh made crust, and it’s only 13 bucks for a specialty on I think Tuesday. Will never come back.

I get carry out and delivery, usually a couple weekends a month. Never really had any issues. Food is always good and on time. Drivers are always friendly. They forgot my ranches once but made it right by me without me having to ask. 100% good pizza chain to get some grub

THE BEST PIZZA PLACE, LET ALONE PIZZA HUT, AROUND! BY FAR! None compare! If you think you’ve had stuffed crust, get a pie from here and you’ll see just how sad even other locations that share the name are! Extra cheese or sauce? You actually get it and it shows! Want wings that, in my opinion, surpass restaurants with “wing” in the name? BOOM! They got you covered on flavor AND price! At their busiest, these guys still don’t slack on quality or timeliness! And their customer service is above and beyond! No joke: this place single handedly converted me from a Papa John’s fan to a life long Pizza Hut in Munroe Falls lover! Seriously… next time you want great pizza: GO HERE!

Stop having DoorDash deliver your orders! I have been waiting over an hour for my delivery that should have been here 30 minutes ago because the dasher has to wait for an order from somewhere else because they were assigned multiple deliveries. Now my food will be cold and gross and that is not why I ordered directly from you for delivery-there’s always an issue with DoorDash. Unacceptable.

I will never order from this pizza hut again! So I placed a order for 3 large pizzas that was almost $50 they had doordash deliver my order. We’ll they was looking for the wrong address and I put the correct one on the app so the dasher pulled up out front of my ho.e and I walked out and asked for my food the dasher refused to give me my order and then pulled off and left with my food to I called pizza hut and talked to some man named Jeff and told him what had just happend and he said he was re making my food and sending it right out we’ll after 45 minutes and no one showed up I called pizza hut back and imagine that they are closed I’m so mad I’m calling pizza hut first thing in the morning and I promise they are going to do something

Usually I love your pizza but today it was horrible it literally looked like little Caesars pizza. I think maybe the dough didn’t rise correctly. If I wasn’t so hungry I would take the pizza back. Just wanted to let ya know something wasn’t right with the dough.

Ordered at 8:45 online. Two hours later, still no order despite the fact that I was emailed a receipt and they charged my card. Tried calling the store which is now passed closing hours to get my money refunded and was hung up on as soon as someone picked up the phone multiple times.
Update: called this morning for a refund. Found my smooshed order laying in the garden dirt in the back of my apartment complex. I’m not at all the kind to leave negative reviews/complain but the situation is kinda ridiculous lol
