Yesterday was Wednesday and I decided to take advantage of a T-Mobile Tuesday deal. I didn’t even know Pizza Hut was still operating as no one is checking for them. The locations closer to me were all closed and have been for so met time. So I decided to try this new product. I downloaded the app and went to the website. I couldn’t redeem my code. So I called to place the order for pick up. I informed the male employee he said he will deal with it when I come to pay. Second red flag. First was the code not working (although I confit with TMObile). I get there & the same guy tells me they don’t accept codes there. I informed him that he can manually input the coupon code. He said “no I’m not going to do that, we don’t do that here.” Then he said you have to use this deal on Tuesdays. He was incorrect btw as no you don’t. Unless stated, you have an expiration date to redeem by & it’s usually before the next Tuesday deal comes out – which is that Monday prior. I said so first you tell me I can’t use my code & you’re not going to redeem it for me. Then you say I have to use it on tuesdays only, which one is it? Other people had the same code & were upset after hearing my dilemma. So I ended up having to pay full price as it actually was to feed someone else & didn’t want to delay them eating by ordering from somewhere else. I just said I’ll deal with this later. The customer service was not good & the location is bad. I guess the pizza was knocked up against something cause it wasn’t pretty when I opened the box. Pizza Hut: please look into this. I personally won’t be back.

I had ordered a large hand tossed Pepperoni Pizza w/ cupped pepperoni and 1 Large Stuffed Crust Pizza w/ ham, onions, mushrooms, bacon, and green bell pepper , both pizzas were excellent!!! The stuffed crust was buttery and filled w/just the right amount of cheese and the hand tossed crust was fluffy and cooked to perfection. I also had ordered the Garlic Cheese Sticks, which were loaded w/ cheesy goodness and kissed w/a touch of garlic that woke up the pallet off nicely. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised b/c pizza hasn’t been this good coming from a franchise in a long time, whomever made food put out Love into it and my family and I definitely appreciated it. The cheese sticks looked so good and were so hot and fresh that they didn’t wait for the camera, they were devoured immediately. Kudos to the cook and Piazza Hut team at this location, good job guys, especially right before Christmas!!!!

If you want to order pizza during survivor series for your kids, And You want the app to say it it’s been delivered, And you call multiple times and they say oh it’s right down the road, And it never shows up…. This is the place for you! Lifelong customer who will never ever ever order from Pizza Hut ever again and especially this location. Then you go on the chat and they just document everything. Oh boy! You’re inconvenienced and you have to do more work to get your refund so what is customer service really there fore? What a joke.

I called this Pizza Hut around lunch time to get the price of the XL New York Style pizza. The person who answered the phone said “hold on let me check” and never returned.
I drove to Pizza Hut on Puritas Ave with the call still on hold and Pizza Hut ads playing on speaker, as I entered the store I could hear 2-people chit-chatting. I was the only customer when the cashier, whom I will call Raina, came out and I referenced my call. Initially, Raina said the phone didn’t ring.
When I stated the phone number that I called and that a person actually picked up the phone and asked if I was placing an order and I said yes, however, first I wanted to know the price of the New York Style pizza. She immediately had another answer that the pizza is not available at the Puritas location.
I ended up getting the $9.99 pepperoni pizza. Actually, it was overcooked.

Big dinner box was over cooked, bread sticks looked like cornbread, boneless wings were dry and was not even coated with the honey barbecue sauce and I gave a tip and the entire order was almost $30 and I could not eat it and I ended up giving it to my dog because everything was hard. I order cinnamon sticks and got garlic on top of my cinnamon sticks and I asked for a 6 piece wing and got 16 boneless wings. Who puts garlic on top of cinnamon sticks. I talked on the phone and they seem like they did not care and it was my fault because the phone was breaking up instead of asking for clarification

Seniors on fixed income, 3 pizzas ,2 burnt sauce running off them,1 doughy,and paid for pan didn’t get it!manager was putting on hold over and over i was very respectful until she tried turning it on me for the slop she made herself, told her keep the money she made off me and it would be worth going a step farther on this contacting corporate!

Was told 10 mins waiting first, after 10 mins, was told the pizza was being cut. After another 5 mins, said that i don’t care the business of Dooddash. you can cancel it. How dishonest and rude they are. If you told me that need to wait for 20 mins, I would unsigned it at the beginning.
