Don’t order from here. They took my order and my money but never delivered my pizza. When I tried calling them it went to a call center. The call center claimed their was no order under my name or phone number. They transferred me to the store 3 times, all three times I was on hold for over 15 mins. No way to cancel my order because it never existed, but they sure got my 50 bucks. Corporate was no help either. Pizza Hut as whole is terrible. If I could give zero stars I would.

Only complaint I would have (honestly with any pizza hut location) is i wish the locations themselves would take calls more often.

3/2025 – Ordered a pizza from here and my update said it got delivered at 6:03 pm when it didn’t. Called this place and transferred and they just kept putting be back on hold so I never talked to anyone. After waiting 15 minutes i hung up. Pizza showed up sometime after 6:30 pm. REALLY bad service enough to make you spend your money somewhere else.
7-31-2025 – so decided to try again 4 months later and got a uncut pizza with a lot grease, I give up. Oh and it wasn’t fully cooked.
8-10-2025 – wife ordered pizza since I won’t anymore and pizza is not done and the crust isn’t staying together. That piece on the right isn’t cheese that is a piece of crust that fell off of the not fully cooked pizza. You can literally see the uncooked dough layer…

I received superb service!! I went on their $2 personal pan pizza Tuesday and left the Garfield store because they were unorganized. Arrived and Richard was very friendly and professional from when I first arrived. He made sure my experience was better than the store I’d just left and my order was cooked to perfection! THANK YOU RICHARD!

I have been a loyal customer of pizza hut since I was a child, more than 30 years. After numerous issues with some of my latest orders, and the fact that they have change to call centers, if there is an issue, you cannot reach the store. I will never order from them again. I got 4 pizzas all with the crust still basically dough. I have them in the oven now because apparently I’d be better off just making my own. I spent 30 minutes being transfered through person after person at the call center asking if they can take my order. None of them can do a thing for you and the store is offline for calls, so you’re just SOL apparently if there is an issue. Also when you call corporate, its a voice mail that says to message them. Never again. Worst service and quality ive ever had from pizza hut.

I ordered through the Pizza Hut app. I received all of my food but my drinks were not delivered. Pizza Hut utilizes DoorDash, if I had known this I would not have made an order. After going to the call center, I was placed on hold for about 5-10 minutes to get in touch with the store.
I will admit, I was a jerk. I apologize to the lady that I was talking with but also don’t put blame on DoorDash and don’t say that I cannot get my drinks without picking them up or only offer store credit. She was able to get my drinks to me and told me next time to not be a jerk. Like, I said, I was a jerk. But she was able to fix the problem only after I was a jerk and not my normal easy-going self.
The pizza is inedible. It tasted horrible and is now in the garbage after 2 slices half eaten. This location is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to.

Placed an online order after I got off work so it would be ready to pick up on my way home. 30-35 min later I walk in and there’s an upset customer angrily talking on her phone. I look up at the orders screen and see a list of around 10 orders claiming to be ready, but my order wasn’t among them.
The upset customer leaves, and I step up to the counter. After getting stares from a couple employees, 1 finally walks up and says “So like, we are all out of dough!” That’s was it. Not even an apology. I simply respond with an “OK” and turn around and walk out.
I’m wondering why couldn’t I at least have gotten a phone call if your major ingredient is out so I could plan something else? Luckily, I chose to the pay at store option when I ordered, so no money was lost.
The lack of even a fake apology combined with no notification whatsoever convinced me to never give this spot another chance (after multiple minor issues were previously overlooked). Too many good local pizza places available for me to waste any more time here.

I’m honestly extremely disappointed with Pizza Hut lately. Every time I order from this location, the quality keeps getting worse instead of better. The pizza is never fully cooked anymore the crust is thin, underdone, and feels like it was rushed out of the oven way too early. The breadsticks didn’t even have their normal golden color, they came out pale and doughy like they barely tried to bake them.
It really feels like they just throw toppings on, toss it in the oven for a few minutes, slice it, and hand it to customers without caring if it’s actually done. This isn’t a one time mistake either it’s become a repeated problem, and it shows that there’s no consistency or attention to quality anymore. Wouldn’t recommend

I’d give 0 stars if it was possible. I ordered at 5:35 pm and didn’t get my food until well after 7:00 pm. My food was ice cold and to make matters worse, they gave me RAW BONELESS CHICKEN.
