Don’t go here! Ridiculous!! They forgot to give me multiple items from my order and the sides of marinara were spilled all over the box. After waiting for a very long time, the pasta was wrong, ice cold and only half full. When I got home to enjoy my food I found that the pizza dough was raw and it looked like pizza was smashed. I had to continue cooking all of my food. The employees couldn’t care less, very bad customer service. Do not order from this Pizza Hut!!

I am extremely disappointed with my order today. I specifically ordered a Pan Pizza, which carries an upcharge for that specific thick, airy crust. Instead, I received what looks like a Thin ‘N Crispy or a very flat Hand-Tossed pizza. As you can see from the photos, there is no “pan” quality to this dough at all—it’s completely flat.
To make matters worse, the breadsticks were a mess. Instead of being evenly seasoned, it looks like the herbs and cheese were just dumped in a pile right in the middle. It’s impossible to eat these without all the seasoning falling off or getting a mouthful of dry herbs on just one bite and I’m not giving this crap to my kids.
I’m really let down by the lack of care and the fact that I didn’t receive the premium crust I paid for. I’d appreciate it if someone from management could reach out to make this right.

Don’t eat here. I ordered a 16 piece parm garlic wings, breadsticks and a hand tossed pizza. The breadsticks do not look appetizing and are cold. My wings were too wet and the pizza was completely disgusting. Do not recommend this place at all

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years so I was a little excited to have it again. I ordered pan pizza and some boneless wings through the app for pickup. When picking up, it was quite crowded in there with a lot of people and the girl behind the counter decided she couldn’t do all the orders and cancel them all before I even got there. She was quite rude about it. I was disappointed it was canceled but I was angry that I had to drive all the way out there and they could have emailed, texted or calledl me to tell me it was canceled. They have all my information. It would have saved me a trip. Not sure if the pizza with any good never had a chance to try it.

I placed my online order and went to pick up my food. I ordered traditional lemon pepper wings but when I got home, I had boneless BBQ wings. I called to see if I could return the incorrect item and get my correct item. I was put on hold for 30 minutes and no one ever returned to the phone. This is the 2nd bad experience I’ve had with this company. The 1st bad experience caused me not to do business with pizza hut for 2 years! Clearly there has been no improvement with your service in 2 years!! No worries, I won’t try again!

Pizzas were completely wrong. Wrong style crust, missing toppings. Order not ready on time. Normally don’t go to this particular store, but the one I normally go to was closed. No electricity. Never again. Wrote Pizza Hut, absolutely no response. Never had this type of experience with Pizza Hut before.

I usually give this Pizza Hut a break as the consistency use to be pretty bad but recently in the last month I’ve been here 3x and the pizza and staff have been excellent!! Not sure if the previous manager is still there but he knew my name and always remembered and the same with this new one(hopefully he’s the manager) but man very friendly and seems to be happy to work!!

I’ve been inside twice in the past 6 weeks. The first time it just looked NASTY. Boxes were stacked in the front lobby and the place just didn’t look clean. The second time I was told they didn’t have any dough. How does a pizza place not have pizza dough?? It was also just as unclean looking as before.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO ORDER FROM PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE SPENT OVER 30$ for a pizza to show up cold and half cooked. I called to verify if my order was placed due to being told it was an error and some young female gave attitude about it being placed and hung up. Very unprofessional and waste of my money. Pizza was real doughy and I’ve spent too much money to be treated like this. Never again will I order from this place!
