Got the big New Yorker today because I wanted pizza on my birthday. It was the worst pizza (second worst actually) I’ve ever had in my life. I ate 2 bites and couldn’t eat anymore. It came cold so we had to reheat it in the oven. Ordered it with extra cheese as well and this is what we got.

We were seated pretty quickly, the restaurant was super clean and the atmosphere was dim and relaxing. They still offered a buffet and salad bar, and had drinks in the red cups. Our waitress was so generous, all the staff here were! The food is so, soo much better hot and fresh.

We had such a nice server. Very clean business. Our food was perfect. A fresh salad bar and nice variety of additions for salads. Location is close to Rt 20 and many stores to shop in.

No wonder the parking lot was empty. The place is so dark they looked closed. I walked in around 8:15pm with my husband and 2 kids for dinner. After waiting a few min for an employee to come to the front counter he asked if we already ordered or needed to order. I told him we wanted to order and asked if we could dine in, to which he responded oh sorry the dinning room is close. He said the dinning room closes at 7:30. You are telling me Pizza Hut that on a Sunday when your restaurant closes at 10pm you are going to close your dinning room at 7:30? There was no pizza being made, the place didn’t even smell like pizza. I think it’s time you get some new staff, some new outside lights and you might have a successful business. I will not be bringing my family or anyone back to this restaurant!!!

There are none of the little table jukeboxes of the past, just the muted hum of a soda machine and the quiet shuffle of employees. It’s a functional space for a meal, but not a destination for a special occasion.
