I had left a scathing review following a very poor experience Saturday night. I was impressed that the manager Mike called to apologize for the way we were treated. It’s not often that people do that anymore these days. I think it speaks volumes to the leadership. We will try them again solely based on the excellent management.

I bought a My Hut Box. The boneless wings were literal gristle and cartilage, the two ranch dipping sauces I ordered (and paid extra for) were not in the box, they forgot the drink (that I also paid for). And I made the stupid mistake of tipping them preemptively. Trashy place.

My family has been ordering from here since 2011, it has been in rotation for years and we haven’t had any major issues. Today we tried to order online and the website wasn’t working. We called the store and received a call center then had to be transferred to the store to place our order. The young man who took our order seemed new which I won’t hold against him. After we placed our order we received a text saying that our order was being delivered by DoorDash. We called the store (call center then transferred to store again) and then explained that since they don’t have any drivers right now they outsource to DoorDash and just choose not to notify customers of this. When I asked about the delivery fee he said “$4 or something like that”. I was annoyed but left it at that., then our order was delivered to the incorrect address and half the order was incorrect. Once again we had to go through transfers to speak with someone and we got the “manager” (Michael?) and explained that the food was wrong he said “I’m pretty sure that’s what you got but I guess I’ll just re ring everything” and then said it was be 45 minutes. Overall this location has gone so far down hill and from what I’ve heard from others this isn’t uncommon. We won’t been ordering from here again which is a shame because we’ve been customer for over a decade. There’s too many pizza places in this town for this to be acceptable.

Rather unimpressed with my Honey BBQ an Garlic Parm wings. Tastes ok, but I guess they ran out of sauce or are just stingy with it. The wings with visible sauce are only a quarter or half coated with the sauce. If I wanted naked wings I would have ordered it that way. Absolutely ridiculous for damn near $50. Can’t even get my monies worth in sauce, very disappointed.

Wings were ok pizza dough was not cooked called and talked to Chris he said put it in the oven on 350 for a half hour..I just waited a hour to get it. Then I told him I was gonna put a review and he said have a nice day..he could at least said I’m sorry it happened as my order was 63.00 I will never order from them again and nothing was hot when it got here and I am on highbridge 3 minutes away…what a waste of money…NEVER AGAIN

We order pizzas, cheesy bread and boneless wings and the food was amazing! It was the best pizza we have had from Pizza Hut in a long time! It was even great as leftovers the next day! I called to make sure the GM told whoever made the pizzas to keep up the great work!

Gary at the Vermilion, Ohio Pizza Hut is the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with at this store. He’s super nice, gave suggestions and also dealt with the store phone system going down and calling me back on his own cell phone. Really nice guy. He said he’s the new general manager and I hope that he gets this Pizza Hut location turned around.
