My review is somewhat of an oxymoron. You see, I had good food(kinda) and bad food (kinda). Great service(kinda) and bad service(mostly).
Upon arrival, I asked about deals / coupons. The girl completely botched my order and charged me for items I didn’t order. The boneless wings were sauced when we’d asked for them plain.
Lisa, she addressed all of the issues and helped us.
It’s time to eat what we ordered, right? WRONG!!!!
Pizza didn’t have extra sauce or extra cheese that I paid for, and my chicken Alfredo was literally cold to the touch with a finger. The manager gave no 7ucks.
So after everything, I ended up spending $57 for a personal , medium , 4pc boneless wings, chicken Alfredo, and two waters(waters I asked for from the fountain btw that she charged for two bottles of water)…

Decided to stop for the lunch buffet at this location on our way out of town. Haven’t been here in years. There appeared to be only one girl working there. She took our drink orders at the counter and said she would bring them to us. She never did. We had to go back up to the counter to get them. Also, she never came to see how the food was or refill our drinks. The salad bar was terrible. The lettuce was the shredded kind like what would go on a taco and the carrots were white because they were so dehydrated. Pizza seemed to have been sitting there a while too. New pizza was finally brought out when we were leaving.

Order was incorrect missing Pizza, cold food, and then when I tried to call the store in Oberlin I couldn’t get ahold of the store because it kept going to a call center overseas which I never could get my order fixed. Then contacted them again they sent me to a website which didn’t exist and I found another website chatted with a so-called customer service representative only to be told that they would contact me within 2 to 3 business days! Pizza Hut will never get any more business from this person ever ever ever ever again!!!!!!!!
When they called me back from the store, they blamed it all on the 3rd party delivery driver. Bye bye Pizza Hut!

Good food. Good selection. Friendly service. They kept bringing pizzas out every 5-10 minutes, along with the pasta, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks, every 10-15 minutes. They also had an apple pie pizza. There is also a salad bar. $6.99 for lunch, 11:30am to 1:30pm. For $7.49, you can get a drink also. Not sure if that includes the salad bar. (I don’t eat salad, so I didn’t inquire)
Not sure why some review posts stated no fresh food for 30 or 40 minutes. That was not the case when I was there.

I stopped in for the Pizza Buffet at lunchtime. Brenda was our server. She was very attentive and she and the kitchen worked well together to ensure that pizzas, pasta, bread sticks, and garlic bread were coming out in a timely manner and there was no wait time for anyone who was headed to the buffet. There were several different pizza options. Everything was fresh and hot. If you are in Oberlin looking for a quick lunch, Pizza Hut buffet is back!

ordered pizza hut my hut box to get a personal pan pizza and 4 boneless wings. in the picture below you can see a black hair on the top left wing. we called the restaurant to make them aware of this issue, unfortunately i can not return today to be compensated because of my personal schedule and i made the manager aware of that. she offered me 10% off and would not just write my information down so i can pick up a new order of wings when i am available again. absolutely disgusted about the hair in my food and the lack of customer service skills.

Took our kids there for the lunch buffet. Was told they were ending it early and would not be bringing more pizza out. The sign on the door said lunch buffet runs from 11:30-1:30. Clearly they end it whenever they want.

My waitress was excellent. My cat was across the street at the Oberlin Animal Hospital so I had hours to pass and she let me eat my food. Then sit. She was so nice. Very nice buffet and clean restaurant. Very well managed establishment! Thanks.

The pizza isn’t even worth the price. I argued with the woman at the counter about a coupon that was literally sitting out on the counter for a big dinner box for 23.99(there was a whole stack of them). I was charged 26.99. And then told the coupon was out of date, which you can clearly see by the picture, the coupon doesn’t expire until March. But then was told the coupons sometimes aren’t correct. Why have coupons sitting out on YOUR countertop if you’re not going to honor them?! It’s been a long time since I’ve visited pizza hut and was hoping it would be better this time. I was right to stay away….. Definitely won’t be returning again.

It has always been hit and miss. Generally, the food is good! However, what is going on with their delivery? We ordered online and it said 20-30 minutes. Cool! After an exact hour, we call to get a status update. The team member on the phone informs us that a “door dasher” has not picked up the order yet. We ordered through Pizza Hut, not door dash, shouldn’t that be disclosed somewhere? We ask when we should expect our food. The team member replied with “depends on when someone picks up the order “. Was it made just sitting there??? Or, do they wait until someone picks it up to make it??? I ask because we don’t know considering nobody bothered to call (text/email) us to let us know that our order was going to be very, very, late or not come at all.
