Highly disappointed with our order. We ordered two pizzas, both were mostly dough with no sauce and a super thick layer of cheese. We ordered regular marinara so I assumed we would get a regular amount of the sauce, not a nearly non existent amount. The dough was also extremely greasy/oily, more so than a pizza should ever be. We ended up having to throw away the pizzas because they’re inedible despite our efforts to power through. I’ve filed a complaint with corporate seeing that this is apparently a recurring issue according to the reviews lately. Hopefully we can get our money back for the wasted, poorly made food.

I ordered a big dinner box with the Alfredo pasta and as my mother and I were eating she pulled a bite of her pasta out that had a long nasty hair embedded in her noodles!! It was so disgusting I didn’t even want to eat the pizza or wings I ordered at the same time. This is not the first time I have had nasty food from here but it will be the last!

Much like other reviewers, we have been regulars here. This food was inedible. None of the dough was proofed. It was the consistency of paste. It was cold, it was undersized. It was absolutely not the quality that anyone expect….even on a bad day. The real issue is that no one would answer, they won’t address it. They won’t even acknowledge it.
At the point that they refuse to even talk about it, it is more than a mistake.
I have suggested in every possible way that I would like to rectify this without posting here, but there is zero interest, so here we are.

I would leave 0 stars if I could! I did a mobile order at 11:30 this morning scheduled for 4:30 this evening. I got a notification that it had been delivered at 4:28. Nothing there. Waited until 4:50 go to the store to be told it’s on the way 5:30 still nothing delivery. Go back to the store to say I still had not received it. Asked them to just waive the delivery fee and tip I had already paid for and make a new order. Only to be told “well we could but we’re really busy.” I live around less than a mile from the store, there is no way it takes over an hour to deliver. HORRIBLE customer service. Oh and don’t bother calling because you end up on the phone with a call center!!! I will never order from them again. I have worked in customer service, some things you can’t control, but you do your best to solve the issue not just blow it off!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ….. I believe we ordered five supreme pizzas and the worse ever ,the crust just sucked,no flavor at all,and there wasn’t anything on the pizzas hardly except mushrooms and cheese but very little cheese ….and I don’t really like mushrooms but if it’s not too much on the pizza I can eat it but this was way way too much,I wish I would’ve put some pictures I mean literally it was embarrassing, I had my husband’s family here and I was embarrassed for the pizza I was trying to feed them …and some of my friends … I wouldn’t have cared so much but the price was so much it was literally $100 for five pizzas but I just promised myself I won’t ever order from here again.. I’m not a big fan of Domino’s pizzas but I’ll tell you this much it is better than this place

Food is decent enough, but my god is that place FILTHY. If you saw the state of their make table, you’d never let that stuff enter your body. Everything is coated in a thick layer of grease/grime, and they really do hire anyone. It’s sad to see how truly unsanitary and unsavory it’s become, but that’s just how it is. There’s a reason all my friends and family get violently sick when we eat there.

dinner paid in full + tip, driver wouldn’t just leave it at my door, left with my food, and came back because i didn’t answer, even though according to the tracker it was still being made. you didn’t need to collect money, you just needed to drop it off. paid $40 for hassle.

I will never ever order from here again at the middlefield oh location I ordered a chicken parm sandwich and I got a sub with 3 pieces of chicken cheese and that was it no red sauce and I tried to call and there isn’t a number to call the store directly. I’ve been on hold for over 30min now. I would drive there but then what Would be the point in DELIVERY!!! The ruined my dinner completely
