We dined in, been trying for a while now and luckily they just extended the dining room hours till closing time. Service was outstanding only thing missing was the in house crowd of people that I’m so used too having, pre‐covid of course.

If you have hut rewards it can be a nightmare trying to redeem. Don’t know why I’m having so many issues trying to redeem and or use my points, customer service gives a basic response on what they feel is how it’s supposed to work rather then actually listening and taking care of the customer’s.

Tried again, found out that using your phone doesn’t work.
Ordered food 2 LG pizza special request as well, extra toppings paid for but not at all given. Don’t order double anything they will give less then the regular amount in the first place. Then say they have to go light on the toppings for the pizza to fully cook. Spoke to the manager and was basically dismissed because they made to order to spec to how it was supposed to be. INCORRECT make the pizza how the customer ordered it and more importantly paid for it!

There is no service if you dine in.the dining room is open but you order at the counter, get your own paper plates and dinnerware. You have to buy parmesan cheese. There is no waitress. Otherwise the girl taking orders is a very hard worker and the food was very good.

I order a pizza no cheese on one side cus can’t have dairy. Pizza come nothing on one side but sauce. No biggie, call back get same guy and tell him what happened. He takes forever, so ask for a manager and he just ignores me and keeps talking. Hear him tell kitchen what happened and just heard laughter. Anyways he says he got it and keep 1st pizza and another was on way for free. Second one arrives and delivery person won’t give it to my unless I pay $20 in cash. Already paid for it with card and got approved. Ridiculous, called again and finally got manager and he took charge off card. Said he’d send another pizza, but said no I’m good and said never ordering from there or any pizza hut again.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered here something is always wrong with the pizzas. From the app missing items to the workers completely reading the ticket wrong and making a disgusting pizza in its place. Finally today somehow the order i placed and received a confirmation for was not even started until over a hour. I was offered a 2 liter as compensation which was a insult. I’ve had 2 issues brought the managers attention and they cannot even replace 1 of the pizzas. I was told they no longer offer refunds. Bad form pizza hut

Ordered thin crust pizza took an hour to get to me and pizza looked like left over pizza dry ,chewy,and cold. Had to force my self to eat cuase I was hungry and that was all the money I had left so I got the pizzas for me my 2 year old and girl all where not. Satisfied one bit with the food but again it was all we had and the experience was a sad one.

The kids and I had a great time. The staff was helpful and friendly.
We enjoyed the big box with 2 medium sized one topping each pizza’s with bread sticks, sauce and pasta.
We also had apple pies for dessert.

We ordered delivery with over $80 worth of food, it got to our house hot and fresh. The driver was a young girl with glasses and she was very nice! Had a positive attitude in the rainstorm and with all our food. Even waved to our camera! Happy to see good people!
