Our server was wonderful. The food was very good. I just couldnt believe when I walked in it was so hollow and plain and uninviting. The waiter said they remodeled. No booths. All gone. Complete waste of space. They have a Salad bar but only have it up for the buffet. Got here at 1:52pm and we were told the buffet was over. Salad bar is still fully stocked. When I asked if they were going to still have the salad bar up she said no its coming down. Tell me why they can’t still be serving the Salad bar? If weather had been better I would have driven all the way to Ashlands Pizza Hut where they have the salad bare all day everyday. This location is a joke. I won’t be giving them business ever again.

We had dinner tonight at this Pizza Hut, the Halloween decorations, the delicious food, and the service from Tony made it a great night out. The food (a pan pepperoni lovers pizza, French fries, and breadsticks) was prepared perfectly and to order, the pop from the fountain was mixed well. Everything was correct with how we ordered it, and we could really tell that this location takes pride in what they do. Tony checked in multiple times, brought sauce to the table, and had a great attitude! Will be returning in the future and recommend this spot for dinner any night!
One more thing, we love that this location has kept its original Pizza Hut shape, large windows, brick walls and some original fixtures! Made for much better ambiance than the newly renovated locations that lack character. Thank you!

I had to wait forever for my food and then when I got it, they gave me a vanilla shake and said it was chocolate. It was even the manager. They’re too lazy to change the equipment out to make chocolate or whatever they have to do will not eat here again.

We have had unsatisfactory orders in the past, but we decided to give pizza hut another chance. What a mistake!! So disgusting it made me vomit. The pizza was all crust, like someone missed the circle of the pizza. Our other 2 pizzas tasted like cardboard. After looking through the reviews, we aren’t the only ones who have complained. To the owner, maybe you should quit apologizing and take action.

We ordered a large original pan veggie lovers with cupped pepperoni and cinnamon sticks for pick up. The pizza was barely warm, the veggies were not fully cooked the pepperoni half of them hadn’t cooked into the cup shape. The dough under the toppings was a gummy undercooked consistency, the bottom of the crust was flimsy and soft. Our dog even refused the crust. Only 2 slices were attempted to be eaten, but it was so undercooked we couldn’t finish our slice. Threw it all away. The cinnamon sticks were dry and tough . Not sure we will ever come back, waste of money.

I ordered one pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and one beef taco pizza and get home and see that they gave me two different pizzas (pictured). And yes my kids ate the pizza bc they were hungry. I called them to correct the order, then the “‘manager” calls me back to ask me what I got and tells me to bring it back up to the store when she should’ve APOLOGIZED and let me keep the pizza for the inconvenience. I will avoid this store in the future.
The worker/other manager at the counter were nice enough to let me keep the pizza after hearing my mouth, but an apology would have went a long way.

Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever dealt with! Cannot get in contact with the store itself, just a call center. Ordered a big dinner box with a taco pizza and got a burnt, cold, sausage pizza. Impossible to reach someone who can actually help get my order fixed. It’s just absurd at this point the amount of times I’ve been transferred. So disappointed and will NOT be returning for anything other than my REFUND
