I ordered one of the “deals” the 2 Wings and 2 orders of fries for 15.99.
I don’t recommend ordering this item for anyone who is actually wanting More than one order of fries. They gave me cold fries, and what looked like the last bit of what was leftover from an old batch… I asked her if they
were seasoned, she said no. I live only 5 minutes away. When I arrived home,my food was cold. I asked for the order to be ready at 5:30 pm, I showed up at exactly. 5:30 pm. And received cold,less than what I ordered food. No I do not recommend this particular order from the menu. Hopefully they improve!
They improved slightly. I ordered the deal with stuffed crust pizza and 2 orders of wings. Topped it off with a box of cinnabon rolls. The wings were good this time,the pizza was crap unfortunately. I’ll post the photos. It was overdone and the middle had no sauce, just dried out. Sadly, still needs improvement! Cinnabon rolls, delicious. Delivery Guy, couldn’t follow instructions. Was borderline rude.

HORROR FAN
Got the large super supreme stuffed crust it was absolutely delicious along with garlic bread and cheese sticks everything was excellent. With today’s prices it was very fair. I will be going back again soon for sure I don’t want to forget to mention the staff was very friendly & it was prompt service. Very little weight whatsoever.

Ordered on 11/5 over the phone and said it would be ready in 15min. I got there after 20 minutes at 11:36am and the food wasn’t ready. I waited until 11:54am and the next pizza out was still not mine they said. 45 or so minutes after I ordered my simple personal pan hadn’t been started yet so I just left. Do not go on your lunch break because you will use your entire break waiting and still not get your food. I didn’t lose any money just valuable break time and still didn’t get any food.

This was for the Pizza Hut in Ashtabula Ohio where we were there over an hour. At the buffet got there at 12:30 the pizza was all cold not fresh. Ask for water which never came. Had to go twice to counter to get water. Told that they would only put one pizza out but when a white couple came in they put numerous pizza out along with all fresh food. She brought drinks to there table. We had to clean off our own table in order to get more food. No one never cleaned our table off.And when I complained to the so called manager she said since you don’t. Like it here don’t come back. I felt racially discriminated against because yes I am African American and proud of it. How embarrassing to be talked to in front of that couple with my son watching! I. Have one star because there was no where to put no stars. The manager over charged me and only made a correction when I ask for my receipt.

The food is nasty, good but slow service. The Salad bar is OK, but there’s not much there. The pan pizza crust is so greasy it is almost inedible. The hand tossed is the way to go. Buffet night is the time to go, good value. Noisy crowded, and slow. The Breaded Boneless Wings were gross, all breading no meat.

Ordered some boneless wings tossed in sauce with Bleu cheese on the side. Didn’t get the Bleu cheese, and the wings…well you can see for yourself in the pic. Second time I’ve ordered wings and had them come barely sauced. There are plenty of other places where I can spend my money, I won’t be ordering from pizza hut anymore.

Called order in. Made sure it was correct. Got here it wasn’t. I will never come to this Pizza Hut again. Second time they screwed this up. Lady in front of me had same problem.
