0/10 do not recommend. I love right outside of wellsville so east Liverpool does not deliver to me. Wellsville does. The past 3 times I have order from wellsvilles Pizza Hut my whole order was wrong and or just didn’t send half my food! Last night they claimed they did not deliver to my address( which they do.. every single time) and had DoorDash pick it up. They claimed it was DoorDashs fault I didn’t get half my food because the dasher just left without it after they told her they still had food to make. I call bs. So after paying. $10 tip which was 25%, we still had to go pick up the rest of my order. My sub was so sloppy and cold and tasted like it had been sitting all night and the bread was completely soggy because of how much dressing they slapped on it. I paid extra for the crust on both pizzas.. it was wrong. They didn’t even cut the pizza so when I went to get a piece it just ripped it in half. The cheese sticks had huge clumps of seasoning in a few spots like they didn’t even try to make it right. Also was cold just the pizza and my cinnamon rolls also cold and didn’t have the sauce on them. They said they don’t send sauce on them they send packets. But forgot to send said packet. The last time I ordered they sent 3 wrong pizzas and told me they would make new and send it back out. The delivery never showed up. I had to call the next morning and tell them they never came. That order was $60+ and $15 tip. So it’s not like they are doing this because I don’t tip them or I’m a rude customer because when I call to tell them my order is messed up I’m understanding and polite.

This place has changed terribly new people in there …waitress takes your order if you ordered a appetizer with your food they bring it out at the same time now before you got first not no more. There drive threw cars are always backed up out on the street.how I see it because these orders are so many is why u get your appetizer with your food the old waitress sat u asked what you wanted to drink came back with your drinks an asking u new what you wanted. NOT NOW you walk in they tell you take a seat it’s at least 8 to 10 minutes before they ask about drinks an like I said NOW IT ALL COMES THE SAME TIME..an that’s not the slow time we have sat 30 plus minutes before waited on. We have gone every Friday after work..I tryed to talk to the manager if it WAS THE MANAGER just stood there no answers to your concerns you got sorry I WONT BE GOING BACK HERE …I Love the pizza but it’s not worth the aggravation you as a customer have to put up with now with the people that’s in there I have talk to a couple of people the were in drive threw there orders were messed up is why they came in the store to bring back. This place went downhill. If I could have called someone I would have done it but can’t even find a a corporate number so I’m telling you how it is here now!!!!. so if wanted take out be sure you check your order..went from a 5 star to a 1..

Things have chaned.Its the frozen pizza with thrown on toppings. And tastes it. We ordered extra pep and cheese but was highly disappointed. I’d hate to see what reg pep and cheese would have been. They need a another oven, the wait time are forever lately. When will the dine in open back up? Hardly seems like a Pizza Hut besides the name on a box.

However I have never been charged $10 plus for delivery anywhere else. I’ve ordered the same thing for pick up and it was literly 10-13 dollars cheaper.

We really like this, but yesterday they were short of help n very busy. Felt sorry for them. We didn’t have to wait long n she did the best she could. Pick up n man delivering was extremely busy. It’s terrible on a Memorial weekend that they didn’t have more employees there.
We gathered up our stuff plus other and placed it on the counter to help them.

Food is ok, but the manager could have been more professional than they were today. While waiting for our food, the manager in charge was very rude and ignorant when we asked about redeeming points. Sir, we were not trying to pull a fast one and we can understand English. And furthermore, where we live is really none of your concern. We will not order from your store again

Pizza was cold for 1 thing .2nd th price was wrong so it said 6.99 each for 2 pizzas so it should have. Been 13.98 not 15.98 this company needs investigated like the ohio atty general did dollar general….
