We went to Pizza Hut for lunch. We ordered the lunch buffet and the waiter took our order, brought our drinks and never came back. We waited for them to put out the items for the salad bar and they never did. As I walked up front to have him refill my drink since he would not wait on us, I asked about the salad bar and he said we are not having that today. So thanks for the pop and couple pieces of pizza for $12. Oh and I had to go get my own check as I was leaving. Do better Pizza Hut. I won’t be going back.

It’s almost edible, but not quite. I don’t which is more surprising, the fact that even with “extra sauce” the product that they call pizza has virtually no moisture/nutrients/flavor/soul left in it, despite utterly dripping with grease, or the fact that people pay to eat whatever this is supposed to be.
Because it’s not pizza. It’s probably not even close to being fit for human consumption. It’s food adjacent.

Placed an online order and picked it up at the drive-thru window.
Luckily, I checked our order before leaving the parking lot because they forgot to make two orders of wings.
They apologized for the error but I still had to wait 10+ minutes in the parking lot for them to cook the wings.
This location used to be really good but, within the past year (or two), their order accuracy has become poor and unreliable.
The food always taste good but you better check your order each & every time you go there… for your own sanity.

They totally messed up my pizza and when I called to complain the manager made it seem like I ordered the food wrong when clearly the receipt was right. Very unprofessional staff when I went to pick the food up they were all cussing in the kitchen very loud and screaming when kids were around. Would not recommend this place.

We ordered the big dinner box that comes with two pizzas, a breadstick and wings which we ordered garlic Parmesan and open the box to see literally two drops on two of the wings. The rest are plain and a order of french fries that were literally limp and floppy. pictures below very disappointed with this order

Buffet was terrible. Pizza was old and sat there. All had veggies and no just meat pizzas. No bread sticks or cinnamon sticks. Sat there forever waiting for them to be brought out just to be eventually told they weren’t putting anything new out. Since when do we stop putting food out with over half an hour left? Maybe if more popular items were available then you would not have old pizzas sitting out the entire Buffet. Service was also terrible. The tables were all dirty. No refills… didn’t clear our plates.

This place is solid I’m a regular here. I highly recomend the cajin fries and their new yorker. Most of the people working here are nice and the food is especially good! My only complaint is that depending on who’s on shift the quality of your food and service varies. Like today.
I went in around 1pm- 2pm to get my free breadsticks today off the app and for some reason my breadsticks were short a few pieces if not one. And when I walked in and stood at the desk waiting to be seen there’s this lady in glasses that will just watch you or pretend you’re not there.
She stood in the back and made the waiter hand me my food as she stood there on her phone. There was no reason in my eyes that she had to make the waiter stop serving guest at their tables just to hand me breadsticks that were done already. Gonna start coming less to avoid whoever that lady was. My experience is usually poor whenever she’s working recently. The missing bread sticks kinda solidified my decision.

Went there for a pickup 35 minutes before they closed, messed up the order, had the door locked up 35 minutes before by they had to lock it. I had to knock on the window to FINALLY be able to get to pick up my food from two little girls that act like it is inconvenient to them to do their jobs. I get home, order completely wrong and forgotten dipping sauces. Like I get it, we all have bad days, but at the same time, never again. To any9ne that reads this, try another pizza hut in the area.

I waited in the drive up window without being acknowledged for way too long. The young lady who finally waited on me apologized for my long wait. A male worker was ignoring me and that is not good for customer relations. It would have been different if the place had been busy, but there were only two cars in the drive up and two cars in the parking lot.
