I ordered online an XL pepperoni with extra cheese. What i got was an XL pepperoni with hardly NO cheese at all. The pizza was hard as a rock with very little movement. It was really dry. It was like i got a pizza someone ordered and never picked up and i was the unfortunate victim of the re-heat and serve to someone else. I was very disappointed. I haven’t had pizza hut in many years and I finally got some and this crap quality they make??? Those cheap dollar pizzas at Walmart are so much better than what I just received..and cheaper! Have never ordered here before and won’t again. Ordered an hour ago and was supposed to be ready 1/2 hour ago. Still waiting on my order. This is the slowest pizza hut I’ve ever been to. Hope my order is right. The lady in front of me had her order wrong and had to wait another 20 minutes for them to remake. Meanwhile her order that was right is sitting getting cold.
Finally got my food and I checked it before leaving. They had left my wings sitting in the back. Glad I checked.

Worse pizza hut Ive ever dealt with call in order they always mess it up. Order online order is correct only issue is online ordering for this location never works its always down. Been 3 months thought hey lets give them another chance nope online ordering is still down ownership of this location needs to step up and fix this location or sell to ownership that gives a damn. Try to give another chance still worse pizza I Coshocton. Delivery drove past house 3 times before actually delivering my pizzas mt address is literallon the light post and was in my bay window via govee lights pizza delivered cold. Then go to eat pizzas and half my toppongs you have to pay extra for arent on the pizza the OWNERS NEED TO FIX THIS 4 YEARS AGO.

Ordered on there app and had the delivery details up to let me know when it’s out for delivery. They never update it and just show up without notifications. Don’t offer that option if your not gonna use it. Also only order a pizza breadsticks and there new ranch flight and they didn’t include the ranch flight. The pizza was also not cut through all the way and I had to cut some of it myself. Tried calling the store and doesn’t allow you to talk to anyone there. So can’t even get ahold of them to get me what I paid for that I didn’t receive. Not worth $40 plus dollars!

Order food for takeout. Got a notification that my food was ready and left 15 minutes after that. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes before being helped, then had to wait another 15 minutes to be handed my food that was sitting on the shelf the entire time. 45 minutes AFTER my food was done, I got my food. Only 15 of those minutes being my own doing.

Ordered food and it was paid for online and when they got here they said it was a cash payment so I had to go out to a bank to get cash then they didnt even bring me all the food and refused to bring the rest of the order

We ordered a meatlovers stuffed crust and an order of cheesesticks along with a 20 ounce dr. pepper and a diet pepsi. First, we walked in the door to a sign that said counter ordering only and seat yourself. That wasnt bad.. Despite being seen by a couple employees, a driver came in and took our order. We paid with a debit card, but was not handed a receipt. We were told our order would be out in 15 minutes, but after half an hour, my husband went up and they said the pizza was still in the oven. We got our food and it WAS delightful.
As we were waiting, another table asked an employee for more salsa and she didn’t want to give it to them and said “I just work here”. It was a large group and clearly one sauce was not sufficient.
As we were finishing up, a man walked up to the counter coughing everywhere and didn’t cover his mouth at all with anything- just spewed germs everywhere. I went back and asked a worker if I could just grab a box and picked it up myself.
The back of the store was not organized at all. There was stuff everywhere. We decided not to go back anymore. After walking to the back where the guy had spewed his germs everywhere, I am concerned about getting sick.
Oh, we ordered 5 pieces cheesesticks and got 4 cheesy pieces of Texas toast.

We ordered 1 pepperoni lovers large pizza, an order of 10 cheese sticks, 12 garlic wings and 4 20 oz pops. We waited just shy of an hour to get our pizza and still waited longer for our wings and cheese sticks. My fiance walked to the counter twice asking about our other stuff. When we finally received our stuff not only was it cold, but we found a nice long black hair in our cheese sticks. I didn’t eat any of my wings before we left after finding the hair. For the amount of money we paid to have dinner you’d think service would have been a lot better. The dining area was clean but everything else about it was horrible.
