I ordered off the website, no sign in so it’s hard to get a refund besides calling the store and complaining.
They went through door dash for delivery, when it arrived it was a complete mess. Toppings everywhere, box is soaked from the sauce and everything is bunched into one corner. I assumed it was the driver until there was a bunch of random cuts all of the pizza as well that made absolutely no sense.

The 8 piece boneless wings was 4 good sized wings and the other 4 were smaller than the tip of my finger. When we unpackaged the fries we ordered they were stuck togther from sauce being all over the plastic bag and in between the boxes. It looked like they took a box that had been left on the floor all day and put the fries in it. Also they forgot our drink. Will be going to other pizza huts from now on.

I ordered for a friend on the app. Was off by one house number and the order wa placed too soon. I had put in the time but it didn’t save. Called the store immediately to stop the order. The guy who answered kept telling me they were too busy to help me. I told him I needed to cancel an order. He kept telling me to call back.
When i finally got through, the app told me the order was delivered. I told the manager I had been trying to call to cancel that order and I want a refund. She apologized, said she would get the order canceled and take care of it. I have not seen a refund yet.
Poor service. They either need to get more help that know what they are doing or close that location.

Was just here at roughly 1pm and was helped by a hard working woman behind the counter. She seemed to be the only one there, and was handling things in the kitchen and at the counter. Despite working her butt off, she provided me friendly, excellent customer service. I really appreciated her help in taking care of me.

Very nice staff, there is a young lady who works there, she is helpful and give good adice on what to get. The manager is nice too. My pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious.
I went in today and was greeted by, maybe a catering or delivery man. He was so sweet and genuine. Then the manager Ashley came out and more love was shown. She even offered me napkins and whrn I asked for dried peppers she offered me parmesaan cheese. It’s the small things that count, you never know who forget to ask for the things they really wanted. My pizza was so delicious, bread cook thoroughly and Ashkey even went out the way to explain the different crusts to me. (I am a picky every blue moon fast food eater)

Waited over 30 mins in a crowded lobby, well past the ready time for our order. Witnessed people returning cold pizzas, pizzas with hair etc. some lady had ordered 2 hours and pizza wasn’t ready. That is when I gave up and left after wasting the drive and time.

Their breadsticks never disappoint. The same great flavor I’ve loved for decades. Delivery was amazing. Updated frequently. Very nice driver. The pizza’s we ordered were a little floppy but were a welcomed change and tasted fantastic. ( floppy not meant to be bad since it’s not the usual ‘full feeling of bread) my only disappointment was I ordered a personal pan pizza ( one topping mushroom) for $4.99 when I could have had a medium for $7.
