This place is under new! Management and are starting to clean up the messes others left. New faces, cleaner and they have a Entertaining guy there that does Animal Balloons and Magic as well as an interesting puppet thats part robot!? You can usually see them on Wednesday nights you just never know whats next! They also have All You Can Eat on Wednesday nights from 5-7:30pm. Prices are $9.99 plus your drink is extra. Kids under 2 free.

Placed order online and it said our order was done. Went to restaurant waited long to be greeted and told my order was not ready. Sat and waited 10 mins and still wasn’t ready. While waiting I observed a crew that had no clue what they were during. Pizza maker whipping his nose and touching food. I walked out disgusted.

I ordered two pizzas, both were wrong. One specifically was supposed to have no cheese and they added tons of cheese. The other one was supposed to have cheese and a ton of other toppings and they barely put anything on it that I asked for. I called to try to ask about it and they put to a call center then transferred me to the store. After being transferred to the store they never picked up so I got sent back to the call center 4-5 times. After that they finally picked up and then they set the phone down and walked away. This establishment is literally awful. The rest of the reviews on this are accurate. Also I got wings and they were literally sitting in a puddle of sauce. When removing the cheese from the pizza that was supposed to have no cheese I noticed the dough was barely cooked. I’ll be emailing corporate and calling the day shift today for a full refund. Don’t get pizza from here, save yourself and your money.

We ordered a pizza from them yesterday. At least three slices had long brown hair in them. The hair definitely came from the establishment and was cooked into the pizza. Someone there needs a hair net, gross.
We didn’t contact them to rectify it because we don’t want anymore pizza from them, so I can’t speak to how they may have handled it if we did.

Food took over an hour to finally get delivered. Was old and cold despite living a minute away from the store. Driver forgot half of our order which we had to go back in and get. The girl working the counter was so high she couldnt even understand what i was upset about because she claimed she made my missing food. Well where was it??? And to top this all off, we tried to get in touch with customer service and its absolutly impossible to get ahold of a real person.

The food isn’t prepared with love or care. It’s prepared haphazardly. The pizza was over cooked more crust then pizza . The pizza is a medium not a New Yorker as advertised, The wings were dry and where is the sauces. The only thing good about my delivery order was the mini cinnabons. Funny thing they didn’t do anything to correct the mistake when I informed them of my issues. Smh to each it own

Worst choice for dinner I have made in a long time. Save your money and order from anywhere else you can. Almost no toppings on my pizza including the cheese. Cheese bread wasn’t even cut. The only thing I can say is it was fast delivery. Quality, taste and general overall impression is really subpar. Take a look at the pictures before deciding to order from this location

After online order, they do NOT answer their phone when there’s a problem. Received a personal pan pizza in a soggy box, smashed into the covers of the box, and was ICE COLD. This has not been the first time we’ve had issues with this location. GET BETTER SERVICE AND FOOD ELSEWHERE. Absolutely horrible experience. If I could’ve given no stars, I would have.
