It’s unreal how long I have had to wait for my delivery. Originally, it was 75 minute wait time. That’s fine. It’s been well over 2 hours and it’s now past 9 pm. I’m ready for bed, I don’t even want my food anymore. I get that places get busy but I’d rather have just ordered dominos.

First off, great service. You all work so great even if the staff is a little short. The pizza is alright. Perfectly cooked and the way I want it, flavor is alright and definitely just an overall company thing, not really a restaurant thing. It’s a good place to go if you just want to sit down and have a pizza.

We ordered food from web sight delivery somehow got changed to carry out fine ok my fault order 43 dollars worth of food left tip kept getting transferred when I call directly to correct and they said the order was canceled that I need to pay again still waiting on damn refund with tip it was 47 freaking dollars they ran my card again because they were not going to deliver my food and it was no longer a pick up order well o still don’t have a refund my bank states that there is not even a refund in order now they aren’t even addressing this issue I’m literally out for the seven dollars twice for food that was quite honestly crap

This place sucks!! Ordering through here is worse than McDonald’s. Screw calling, you get some foreign guys(3rd party) hanging out somewhere taking your order..just close down already!!!
Update: it’s been awhile since I ordered from here but I just ate at the wauseon pizza hut(love that one) and craving their Alfredo pasta. So I ordered locally here in napoleon to deliver. My pasta didn’t even have a lid on it my Cinnabons weren’t cooked all the way and my cheesesticks were uncut and burnt black. I’m literally right around the corner. This is ridiculous! All they do is just sit in a booth and wait around. I’m done I’ll never order from here again!

Was an old school pizza hut.. We stopped in for dinner, and they had a old school pizza buffet and salad bar… Even had pasta and bread sticks… A definite must stop for a trip back in time….

Friendly staff, but the pizza wasn’t as ordered, and while I ordered online; price dropped $10 from one room in the house to another. (2 different browsers used for 2 ppl to order.) If you order online – check the difference in price as a guest vs logged in if you have an account! It can save you quite some $$. Tasted good once I got it and rest was all good!
