I called Pizza Hut in Napoleon several times to try to book a birthday party for my granddaughter. First 2 times they put me on hold for over 15 minutes before I hung up and tried again. The 3rd time I explained I only wanted to book a birthday party and that I had been on hold for over a half hour between 2 previous calls. The employee hung up on me. I called again and asked for the manager and was immediately put on hold and the phone was never answered. We will take our business somewhere where our business is valued.

Friendly staff, but the pizza wasn’t as ordered, and while I ordered online; price dropped $10 from one room in the house to another. (2 different browsers used for 2 ppl to order.) If you order online – check the difference in price as a guest vs logged in if you have an account! It can save you quite some $$. Tasted good once I got it and rest was all good!

Haven’t been in years but decided to try again with my wife. They had items listed for one price on there menu then brought me a ticket with overpriced items and when I brought it up to the waitress she got rude with me and said they manager changed it. I told then false advertisement was illegal and they had to offer the food at the prices on there menu and still they didn’t change it to the correct amount.
