They need to stop bumping orders. Online says 14 minutes for pick up.
Edit. Online says order is ready and been waiting and wait. Usually this place is great. Ordered 2 same items, received one correct item and an item that was completely different.
Edit: this is probably the 5th time I’ve ordered a meat lovers and gotten only pepperoni. What the heck.
Edit. Ordered the same 2 items again 2 days later and still wrong. I’m so upset. You have to be kidding me. 2 $20 orders with over $10 in delivery and tip and the orders are still wrong. Nice Audi though. Glad we can all help fund that and not receive what we order.

I called about 8:57 to order a pizza cookie. I got to Defiance around 9:17, got to Pizza Hut around 9:25. Got the cookie and left opened it halfway home and it’s cold, like it has been sitting out for awhile. Not no 20-25 mins. It was sitting out longer than that. Whoever made the pizza cookie should definitely make sure people’s food isn’t getting cold. Plus there was a new girl, everyone should make sure nobody’s food is cold or sitting out so it gets rock soild cold. I should get a refund from how cold and hard my PIZZA COOKIE is. It’s unacceptable. Do your job better.

If you could give 0 I would. We were delivered a pizza with 2 slices missing after waiting 50 minutes for it. Really!! I thought I’ve saw everything I guess not!! Said they bumped into another employee and we were to be okay with that! Really! Then the manager said they were too busy to come out and see us when we asked for the manager. She ended up not charging us for our order! Really the manager sent the poor little waitress out to deal with this. Poor excuse of a manager. Poor managing of a restaurant.

Just stopped in for lunch travelling to Chicago from Cleveland and was really pleased. The food was so hot and replenished fast. Our server was so adorable and friendly I would definitely recommend stopping for lunch here.

I don’t know what is going on with the management here. We were dining in today, a Saturday evening, and they only had ONE waitress working (who was wondeful) but the kitchen staff and some loud mouth woman from the back kept yelling and degrading this poor young lady for the entire dining area to hear. They (kitchen) were more worried about to go orders than the patrons inside. I left without food I ordered because they took over an hour to get wings to us after sitting there finishing the other food ordered by my family. I hope that young waitress sees this, you deserve better than that!

Was hesitant to try this restaurant, as I’m not a fan of chain pizza shops, but this area does not have the best mom and pop shops either, so I tried it again. I was impressed and have returned 2 more times before making this review. The food, pizza and breadsticks, were delicious and was like I remembered Pizza Hut from many years ago, before this pizza Hut went sour. On all 3 occasions my food has been piping hot and ready when promised. Definitely my go to pizza shop in Defiance from now on.
