Very delicious pizza. Got my normal pepperoni and bacon on a XL New Yorker. Tasted good. The girl working was very friendly so I left a few dollar tip. Doesn’t taste like when I was a kid but still enjoyable 8.6

Ordered a hand tossed crust to get home open box to this entire pizza wouldn’t fill my 2 year old so thin makes me sick they run a business like this the bread sticks were also horrible and usually my kids kill them they went to trash tonight lession learned with this place i do not recommend

They had no idea what was ordered or the name.took awhile to figure it out but the food was hot and fresh but none of the add ons to the pizza made it on the pizzas although we were charged.

I placed an order at 5:30pm for a big dinner box with 2 garlic parmesan cheese pizzas, cheese sticks, and boneless honey bbq wings. I ordered online and it was supposed to be an 18 minute wait. We went thru the pickup window at 5:50 and was told that the pizzas were “soupy” and needed to be remade. Pulled up and had to wait another 17 minutes for it to be remade and both of the pizzas were only 1/3 covered with the toppings and sauce. The cheese sticks and the pizzas are over done. I was very patient, left a tip and yet I feel as though this is not worth $28.

Update:10/11/24 1st shift is HANDS DOWN CONSISTENTLY the BEST! Request extra bake, and get PERFECT deep golden crust! W/chicken PERFECTLY coated. NOT drinched, drowning, swimming, or skimped. Can’t ask or get better than that! Immense appreciation!
6/8 Removing a star. PLEASE, stop skimping on SAUCE. Ive had 2 personal and 1 large this past month rendered USELESS and sauceLESS.
Today I update my review to give 4stars food and 5stars service. 1st shift ROCKS on SERVICE AND BREADSTICKS!! THE BEST! I mean, YUM, nice and evenly buttered or oiled(likely oil)…. Evening shift, yall have better wings. And that’s all for now. Subject to change sooner than later, I’m sure. I do believe this place has come a long way over past few years. They currently are in the best position they’ve been in the 7 years I’ve been in Marion.

It’s been a really rough few months. I’m talking I lost my cat and our apartment burned down in less than a month plus several other things. So disappointments hit extra hard these days. BUT!!!! When pizza hut got my order wrong and I called and told them, they not only offered to make it right, they delivered the replacement pizza AND made it perfectly!!! And the same delivery person brought it back out, no attitude or anything. Just asked what happened with the original pizza. So even though I’ve been stuck in bed in a fibromyalgia flare today, pizza hut, especially the awesome manager on duty tonight, came through and made my night a little better. So thank you!!! I appreciate you.

I am a truck driver passing through, I am stuck at a near by rest stop for about 24 hours and no way to get food. Only carrying cash at the moment, thought I could order delivery from Pizza Hut. I was very disappointed when I was told they don’t deliver here. Please try to accommodate visitors a little better please.

I ordered carry out from this location. I had given my name and number, when I got there yet, the clerk still acted clueless.Even after I gave a full detailed description of what my order was. I get home and to my surprise my pizza was smashed from whomever boxed also I found a extremely long hair in my food instantly not hungry and upset about it.
