Showed up at 4pm Saturday for pickup order. I was ignored at the counter for 5 or more minutes. No other customers, not busy, 5 different staff members looked at me, walked by the counter and just kept doing what they were doing and talking to each other. The young guy that finally did help me was nice and my pizza was good, only reason I’m leaving 2 stars and not 1. Kitchen area was super dirty, like literally everything was covered in dirt and grease like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I get food service isn’t the most glamorous job, I worked fast food for multiple years when I was younger for 6 dollars an hour and did my job better with more pride compared to what it pays now.

Missing product RGM said they couldnt refund it or replace it. Pizza was ordered with extras cheese/sauce its bare and dry. 3 “managers” at the store said they had no way to fix the issue.

Don’t ever go to this Pizza Hut or order from this establishment because they will say they sent you pizza and never send it to your house. They say it’s an outside service doing the pizza through. They’re not responsible. I usually don’t write bad reviews but stay away from this place far far away

This was disgusting. I wasted $40 on basically cheese bread pizza. We did ask for extra sauce btw and this is what we got. Some dry pizza with a chewy crust.

Our last two deliveries were delayed for nearly two hours until the store was nearly closed, and then we had no recourse for getting the order corrected as they were so close to closing.
Our food (which wasn’t even ours) arrived cold and dry.
Update several months later: I took a chance and tried one more time. The food was correct this time, but they delivered the wrong drink. These guys can’t get any worse.
This has been a recurring issue, and if you’re able to order from another pizza franchise, I recommend it.

Avoid this place, terrible service. Place really tanked, hard. Orders constantly showing up late and incomplete. Todays order was handed off to 5 different drivers. The driver last time didn’t return with the food in hand and was not reimbursed. A small booth with 3 people working isn’t going to cut it, get with the times Pizza Hut. Every pizza chain has drivers, even smaller ones like Flyers, what’s your excuse? I’d be embarrassed to franchise this location. Do better.

Food was mediocre. Ordered 4 pizzas…1 was almost burned and the other 3 weren’t burned, but definitely overcooked. I had to wait about 10-15 mins just to pick up my order because someone was on the phone taking an order. The other lady tried to help but there was only one working computer for them to use.

My husband ordered a good amount of food a few weeks ago. We get our order and it was completely wrong, and half the food that we actually ordered. We called all night and was hung up on, so we gave up. We called the next day and a promise to credit his account for next time we order, but she said they can only credit it for the pizza amount, because it was a bundle, but that was OK for us. Tonight we wanted to order, they tell us no credit, after them arguing, and the staff hanging up on us multiple times, and us calling back they said the last time we ordered was may 2025, though we have email confirmation for the order on 8/8/25.Get it together, at least get your food right if your customer service is gonna suck so bad, and apparently only helpful during the day.

This location sucks. They’re really lazy and the orders come in late when you order delivery or not ready when you go get them. These people really don’t care about making your food right at all. Support your local mom and pop shop.
