Husband ordered $71 worth of food directly through Pizza Hit. Items were delivered through Door Dash. Upon receiving food, husband (disabled senior) immediately notified wings were missing (again) and tried to stop driver who left. Called unit and more wings are reportedly coming. He ordered a hand tossed pizza for me. In the haste to get the 18 wings, we didn’t immediately inspect the rest of the food as we had not sat down to eat. The pizza is undercooked with unmelted cheese. The calzones, bread sticks and pasta are on the verge of overcooked, dry and cold. Called back about pizza ($17.29) and was told we should have told them about the pizza when husband called about the obvious shorting us the wings so no replacement and no credit for the pizza. We have ordered many times from this unit but the combination of late delivery by a third party service, multiple occurrences of missing items in the last year, and now poorly cooked items means we will look for another local vendor for pizza and related items.

Update: After 2 hours, I ended up going to pick up my order which was sitting in the heater (thank goodness). I was not happy picking up my order that I paid delivery for. However, Pizza Hut did refund me back so thank you.
Writing this review as i’m currently waiting for my order an hour and a half after placing it. I called the store and was told it’s done and its just waiting for a dasher to pick it up so I already know my order will be arriving cold.

I am writing to formally report an extremely troubling and humiliating experience I had at your Pickerington location on December 31, 2025.
Earlier that day, I called and placed a phone order. The individual who took my order informed me it would be ready in 30–45 minutes. After waiting well beyond that timeframe, I called back to check on the status of my order and was transferred to the Whitehall location for whatever reason. I was simply calling to confirm whether my order was ready for pickup.
Upon arriving at the store, I waited on the phone and in-store for a total of nearly two hours. A blonde woman with glasses working the register informed me she could not locate my order. Shortly after, a woman who identified herself as either the general manager or district manager approached me and asked to see my phone. She also stated she could not find my order in the system.
When I explained that I had been waiting for approximately two hours and that this issue was not my fault, her demeanor became dismissive and hostile. She repeatedly told me that I did not have an order at the store, mentioned that there were “20 people ahead of me,” referenced an OSU game, and commented on the cold weather—none of which had anything to do with the issue at hand. When I asked what could be done to resolve the situation, I was told I would have to place a new order, with no estimated wait time provided.
Her tone was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. She raised her voice, spoke over me, and made me feel targeted and humiliated in front of others. The interaction left me feeling disrespected and deeply uncomfortable. As a customer, I should never feel dismissed, stereotyped, or treated as though my concern is insignificant—especially when the issue stemmed from the store’s own error.
This experience was unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service any customer should receive. I am taking further action taken, and taking steps to ensure no other customer is subjected to similar treatment. I will be writing a certified letter to corporate and other chairman to dispute the matter.

Ordered directly from Pizza hut for delivery. They had it delivered by doordash. The driver sat there for over 15 minutes with my food in his car waiting for a 2nd order. Then delivered the second order first. My order of pizza and wings arrived cold and my breads breadsticks were missing. The driver barely understood any English and blamed the store. It took over 20 minutes on the phone with the store to get anything resolved. They are re-delivering the missing breadsticks, but refuse to help with the food arriving cold. Telling me to contact doordash and hang up on me. You can’t contact DoorFash about an order you placed directly with Pizza Hut. I will be calling the corporate office about this pathetic service.

Today was the second time in about a month or two at this establishment.
Both times, not fun. Not inviting. Hostile is how I would describe the lady with black hair & black framed glasses.
Upon walking in we were immediately greeted with “it’s carry out only. I don’t have enough staff for dine in”, on both visits. The first time she was much more rude & hostile.
We waited 20+ minutes for a singular large pepperoni pizza.
While waiting, that same lady I described eventually began shouting at the other male employee there in front of us & that alone is just so humiliating & unprofessional.
The lady’s attitude is honestly absurd.

The food here is hit or miss. Stopped in this evening for a small pizza and wings. Got home and opened the box to these sad looking boneless wings. How is this even acceptable to serve paying customers? Is it too much effort to cover the wing in sauce? I might be done with this location. Disappointed too many times.

Aweful said it would be delivered in 30 and 40 minutes they just made it over 90 minutes. DoorDash delivery guy standing in the restaurant waiting waiting waiting waiting nobody called. Nobody said it’s gonna be late. Please don’t order pizza from this place if you going to do delivery it’s awful. I deliver pizza for five years got me to college. I never deliver a pizza over 40 minutes.

I placed an order around 5:40ish today. To be delivered at 6:26. They were about 35 minutes late and it looked like the delivery guy was in my driveway. He backed back out and didn’t come to my door. He left with my food. Never had anyone do that to me. Disappointed and abhorred by their service. And to top that off they wouldn’t answer the phone, I waited over 20 minutes. I had to get online on their website to talk to someone. It barely worked on my phone so I am just overall very frustrated. Appeared to be automated but all I want is a refund. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. Not even to pick it up.

Come here if you enjoy contaminated and unsanitary food with a side of poor management. After picking up my order in person, 30 minutes late but this is the norm apparently, I get home to discover it’s ice cold. This is my usual experience with Pizza Hut so I paid it no extra mind. That was until my son, who has Alopecia, pulled a long black curly hair out of his mouth that was intwined in his order of fries. The rest of the fries, 3 orders of wings, as well as 2 pizzas had to be disposed of. Clearly everything made in that kitchen was contaminated. When I contacted the store, I was told I could get $4 off of my next order or bring all of the food back so they can remake it. Any reasonable person knows that both of those “solutions” are unreasonable. I was then told if I didn’t like it I could contact HR, so I did. After being given the run around and told refunds or credits were on their way, 2 months later still nothing. A1 job to those at Pizza Hut who figured out how to really stick it to their customer base and provide the most unsatisfactory and unprofessional service I’ve encountered in a long while.
