The worst experience I have ever had. I ordered 4 pepperoni pizza melts, and received 4 meat lovers melts. Tried calling the store multiple times and no answer. I had to drive back to the store to have them made correctly. And this is what we get, all four melts was this way, after being told we ordered meat lovers. We opened them up so you can see the inside. The toppings are all to one side and a third of it has nothing in it.

If you try to call them on 11/29/2025 around 7pm and later Good luck. Me and the hubby called seperate and nothing. Husband goes in all employees are wearing headphones and cant hear the phone ring. My husband scared them all as well. My guess anyone could of robbed them and no employee would know what the hell was going on. So i go else where to order.

Just overall a horrible and nasty place. The lack of care is obvious from the moment you walk in. Was never greeted, but when I was greeted, it was by a manager in Gym Shorts!; who by the way never seems to wash his freaking hands!! Yea I’m out, keep the food!

This is now the second time in 4 months I have ordered online and had to wait first time order was to be ready at 5:15 pm got here at 5:20 and waited till after 6 pm. Today I joke before I left the house hope I don’t have a wait like last time. Guess what ordered at 5:05 pm ready in 14 min get here at 5:25 pm and waited 10 min to for assistance and told they are putting the pizza in be ready in 15 min. I give a place twice before I review to see if the first was a fluke and it’s not it’s just how this place is ran. Full lobby of people in the same boat. If you want your pizza order an hour and half in advance or you will be crammed in a lobby with no less that 8-10 waiting the same amount of time.

Ordered a pizza and bread sticks and the bread sticks had NO seasoning on it what so ever just bread like really is it that hard to make breadsticks ?
Update: ordered one last time to give them a chance and they made us wait one hour for overcooked pizza so nasty these people here don’t know what they are doing at all avoid this place!!! It’s nasty

My mother placed an order last night on Super Bowl night. We were told 25 minutes! When we got to the pizza shop there was over 10 people inside waiting on their pizzas. I completely understand it’s one of the busiest nights of the year. When my mother asked about our pizza the guy told her “they lost it” this was after 30 minutes of her waiting inside for her pizza. How the heck do you lose a Pizza. This was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. They insisted on making her a new pizza but who wants to wait another half hour for a pizza. So after being told it would be a 25 minute wait and another half hour to remake another one we left! I now see why I usually never order from this place.

Very disappointed ordered a large charged me for a large when I went to pick it up. It was a medium. They acted like I was inconveniencing them when I wanted a refund from a medium to a large. The girl at the counter said it was only three dollars like three dollars wasn’t enough for me to complain about. Didn’t get that $3.00 Needless to say I said bad words to her. I haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut for a year and this is just another reason why I didn’t lesson learned! didn’t even wanna make it right The Pizza hardly had any toppings on it. I mean, you can literally count how many banana peppers there were. I can go to Zanzis in Circleville and get for 3 Pizza for the price that I paid!!!!! I saw A guy Spreading pizza dough in a pan, and literally his dirty T-shirt was touching the dough gross!!!!!!

Called at 9pm, ordered for delivery, didn’t receive pizza , money taken from our bank account, and some call center keeps answering the phone, employees are Indian and can’t speak correct English to understand..bad experience
