This is Terrible. Show up and they’re so busy that employees are just standing and complaining about being too busy—- but doing NOTHING!! Phones ringing nonstop and wouldn’t even answer. My pizza isn’t even cooked all the way through. No shake or coating on the cheesy bites. This pizza was bland, undercooked and service is terrible every time we have issues at this location!!

Get my food a few mins late, but clearly the pizza is uncooked. The dough is not fully cook and is probably not safe to eat. (I didn’t order lite bake) actually ordered well done.

on hold forever, female “mgmt” yells at me after playing the “hello” game…
She tells me they don’t even have their own delivery drivers. Why am I not ordering through doordash if that’s who is going to be 50% responsibility for our food.
I should be enjoying pizza, instead im cooking mine that I paid someone else to do already.

I have always had amazing experiences here. A typical experience:
Called them to order a 3 topping pizza for $10. They got my order correct and it was done in 15 minutes. I arrived for my carryout order and had an easy checkout with a friendly employee. Pizza was delicious.
I have never order delivery and that may be why my experience is better based on other reviews. However, if you are craving Pizza Hut, rest assured that your carry out order is definitely in good hands as far as I can tell.

Ordered a New Yorker Pizza and a Stuffed Crust. Both were so salty they were mostly inedible. The center of the New Yorker was not sufficiently cooked and was mush. You were unable to pick up a slice without it falling apart. Very disappointed in the quality of food and I am not hard to please.

Highly disappointed if I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered my pizza at 7:12p and it was supposed to arrive at 8:12p. So I waited a few mins 8:30pm came around so I decide to call the store. I sat on the phone for almost an hour with no answer then about 8:46p I receive a text stating that DoorDash would be delivering my order about 9pm. The doordasher gets to my residence and as she’s walking up to my foot I knew my order was gout I be messed up. There were no cheese sticks so I asked her about them and she’s like the pizza was the only things they gave her. I take the pizzas from her and there luke warm. So I open the pizza boxes huge disappointment. The pizzas had no sauce barely any cheese so needless to say it was as if I was eating a cracker with pizza toppings. As you can imagine at this point my family and I were hungry and seeing as I how I never did get in contact with the store I was left to eat what was delivered to me. I will definitely be trying to reach out to the store tomorrow because this is unacceptable and I need to be refunded my money.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but after calling the store to let them know, I was missing breadsticks and ranch the person on the phone who I think was the manager said that’s weird I remember grabbing it which is cool whatever I’m not that worried about the 1.50 but I was also missing breadsticks. She reluctantly said I’ll give you a credit and then I start eating my pasta and realize there’s no sauce, so I called the store again and once again, the person on the phone acted like I was lying. And said she personally check the order and it looked good to her. I let her know that I definitely did not take the sauce out of the pasta and I can send a picture for proof she declined. Just a huge miss on so many levels. A 35 min wait turned into an hour and a half. Was told my pizza was in the oven then still waited another 30 mins. The icing on the cake was that the pizza was paper thin, made incorrectly AND was burned. My kids and I could barely make it through 4 slices. Can’t only blame the staff. Being undermanned and overwhelmed like they were is a miss on Pizza Hut as a whole….wow

We order from this Pizza Hut quite a bit. The last time the pizza was undercooked but it seemed good enough to eat. Today, we ordered 2 pizzas, cheese sticks, and a two liter soda. Both pizzas were raw. They were so bad I ended up cooking them the rest of the way in our oven. The bread sticks were fine. They didn’t send our two liter either. I keep saying I’m done with this store and yet keep trying them months later, assuming they would have fixed it by this time

This pizza hut has gone from bad to worse to absolutely aweful. Not only was my future order late and cold, but they ruined the food. The cheese pizza was old, over cooked and missing cheese in the middle, i.e. burnt sauce. They smashed the pizza sauces inside the double breakstick bag, all 3 of them. Worst of all our bbw wings were smashed, all the breading fell off. Unbelievable. Never going to tip again and will probably never order from this pizza hut again.
