Customer service was fine. I ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich and it was surprisingly GOOD.
The pizza was AWFUL. Not exaggerating, it’s some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. It has a weird, nasty, cardboard-ish taste to it, sorry that’s the best way I can articulate it. It was bad.
I used to love Pizza hut back in the day. Yes, the old style, classic, greasy Pizza Hut from the 80s/90s.
I’m not sure if that horrible taste was from the crust, the cheese, sauce, etc. I couldn’t tell. I think they should narrow it down and throw whatever that ingredient is away, if that’s possible. Make the pizza more like the old days. The pizza Hut that people remember. I hope they improve things, it would be sad to see another Pizza Hut disappear.
They have a good opportunity right now because the other pizza shops in the area have been bought by new owners and have taken a sharp decline. Good lucks guys.

When I say hands down this is one of the best pizza huts I’ve had in years I ordered 2 cheese personal pans and 2 pepperoni and sausage it was golden and delicious I also ordered sweet chilli wings omg cooked to perfection not over cooked but perfect the customer service all I can say is wow they were sooo polite and attentive !!! Thank you guys

Kayleigh, Mgr of the Sunbury location would not reveal “SPECIAL PRICES” for a carryout order and overcharged me for a large cheese stuff crust pizza. When I questioned her about it, she told me it wasn’t her job to reveal special pricing on pizzas unless I specifically asked for it, which I did, but she gave me the price for an item, which I did not order. She was very rude and argumentative. Then they proceeded to make my order, instead of taking the normal 15-20 minutes, they stretched it out to forty, without an apology.

My kids are picky eaters, and they love Pizza Hut. As a result, we are frequent Pizza Hut patrons. They always take care of you here and if there’s a mistake they’ll make it right. We went to the Halloween buffet in costumes and they did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly and attentive, every one of them circling the buffet constantly checking on the food. They were friendly to us all, and really seemed to enjoy being helpful. The building, while dated, was very clean. We even all used restrooms before leaving and they were clean as well. They could use a new hand dryer in the women’s bathroom, as the handle is broken, but it still works. Overall though, the kids acted like they had been taken to some over the top amazing place (which makes me feel like I probably need to get them out more, lol), and it was a really perfect experience added to our Halloween evening. Thanks everyone at Sunbury Pizza Hut!

This place just keeps going downhill. Today, food was to be delivered at 5:26. It arrived at 6:21. When I called at 5:49, they said there had been “a mix up” and they had just put it in the oven and would be delivered at 6:06, 40 minutes later than originally stated. No apology. No making it right. And then, it was even later than that. This was not a delivery issue. Our driver was there waiting for the food and I don’t know what the “mix up” could be. We will never order from there again. Too many other good pizza places to deal with that.
