This restaurant is very clean, our server Kirsten, is pleasant and fast. Food was served hot and looks amazing. Salad bar is filled and clean. Bathroom is clean and stocked. It was a pleasure to dine in Mount Vernon Pizza Hut this weekend. We will be back

Ordered food on February 20th at 5:50pm. Order was supposed to be ready at 6:22pm. Arrived at 6:30pm and paid for the food and was asked to pull forward. I waited for 30 more minutes until finally going inside as there was a long line behind me. The lady inside finally helped me after 45 minutes of waiting and told me the girl who cashed me out forgot my name and my pizzas were in the oven. Meanwhile there were 2 other people inside who had been waiting 40 minutes outside as well and they couldn’t find their order. This place is going down hill fast and wouldn’t recommend getting take out here. This is the third time in a row something like this has happened here for us. The food was obviously lukewarm when we got it.

It was our second time here this week. With not having Pizza hut in 7 months it was great to enjoy the lunch buffet. The wife and kids also enjoyed the buffet….I think because of the desert pizza….lol. I really enjoyed all the thin crust and a little salad. All the staff was great, they were super busy since we got there during lunch rush at 12:45. Restroom weren’t bad either. Glad we got our pizza hut fix.

Have to write this while it’s fresh in my mind. No joking, waited 31 mins in the drive thru. When I got up to the window I asked what happened and the girl said they had to remake a pizza for a lady. I asked why didn’t they tell her to pull back around instead of waiting in line. I said it’s very inconsiderate of them to make everyone else wait and now my pizza isn’t hot. She mumbled something under her voice and slammed the window closed.

We had a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. The combo for 3 came with drinks and a lot of bread sticks! The atmosphere was nice and the service was friendly.

I ordered extra sauce just now with my cheesesticks order. I only got 1. Couple weeks ago I ordered extra sauce with my cheesesticks and didn’t get it at all. Im kinda irritated because I paid for this stuff so I should get them. I should also get the quantity I ordered. This pizza hut needs to slow down and read the tickets or re read them because they can’t get nothing right.

I wish I could give less than a star, first I asked if they served sprite and I was told that they did, then was given a mist twist, which is not a big deal but was the start of the worst night of my life. I was the first in my party to order, everyone else ordered about 10 minutes later. I specifically ordered a buffalo salad with ranch. simple enough right? wrong. I was given my salad last. after 4 pizzas and 2 orders of cheese sticks. when I received my salad, there was no ranch. all in all, a horrible night. also the toilet was clogged, and the waitress spilled soda all over my friends mom
