Was planning a lil bday party for my brother and friends wanted to shop around and find the best deals . Called one evening to see what special deals or discounts they had. The manager Kim went over n beyond to help me and and answer any questions that i had along with getting me the right deal for the amount of pizzas i need. I appreciate when i am treated like a paying customer and they take the time to answer questions even when they are busy . Thanks Kim you did an awesome job .

Tonight, my mother and I were subjected to the most horrendous, disrespectful, despicable treatment by another human being I have ever experienced in my life by the manager of this Pizza Hut. Before I go any further, please know, I have NEVER posted a bad review like this about a place, particularly one that targets a specific individual. I worked many years in customer service, several as a manger of a fast food establishment. I GET it. Sometimes there are bad nights, sometimes everything just goes wrong and customers are mad at you and there is nothing you can do. I try so hard to give everyone grace and be as understanding and kind as I can. But nothing, NOTHING gives anyone the right to treat my mother and I as we were treated tonight.
Here is our story (or at least the basic outline, I’ll spare you the worst of it):
First, after placing our order online and showing up at the time that we were told our order would be ready, we were told it wasn’t ready yet and parked. No problem, that happens, but after 30 minutes of waiting in the car with my 1 and 3 year old children, I tried calling the store to check on things. I was literally told by a kid that he didn’t know what happened, and couldn’t help me. I finally I had to tell him to please go check on my order, was placed on hold, and after 10 more minutes decided to go inside, where I patiently waited behind 6 other frustrated people who had been waiting a long time for their orders. When it was finally my turn, the apparent manager at the counter couldn’t seem to find my order. I’m pretty sure the issue was she was looking through carry out orders and not finding me because it was a drive thru order, but as I tried to explain this and speak to her about it, I was literally told to shut up. When I expressed to her that I was not thrilled with her customer service and please, I just either need my order or a refund, she decided she just was not going to help me at all. She proceeded to ignore me and my mother who also tried to come and get service, and was crazy rude and disrespectful for an HOUR. My husband finally had to drive to their store to help my Mom, while I took our kids who were starving, crying, and very traumatized at this point, to Wendy’s to get some food. It took them CALLING the POLICE to finally get our money refunded. I am still just dumbfounded that someone could be so incredibly rude, particularly someone who is a manager of a business like this. It will sure be a very cold day in you know where before we EVER go back there. I would not advise anyone ever go here.

It wasn’t real bad, it was decent. The woman that served us was super friendly. We got the buffet and there wasn’t much to choose from, you could tell the food wasn’t fresh. But it was a little after 1pm when we went. And idk when they start the buffet. Was our first time going there.

I love pizza hut! Need to try the big New Yorker. Delicious! When they first opened in the new spot i ordered from them 3 times my pizza was burnt or not cooked all the way! But when Susan started thats when the magic started .l she’s always got a smile on her face. She always makes sure im taking care of. She’s the reason I keep coming back. Keep up the good work pizza hut. I’ll be seeing u soon.

I had placed an order online and realized the order was completely different when I got home. And while yes it is frustrating, I know how things can happen and mistakes are made. I called and spoke with someone and they were super apologetic and replaced my whole order.

Cook it and cut it. That’s the only two things that ya’ll have to do. You got the cook it part right. Tasted good, was hot when I received it. However, nothing more annoying about carry out pizza than it not being cut. IDK maybe I’m being petty, but cutting a pizza isn’t that difficult. Three stars since half the job wasn’t done correctly. I’ll come back, but I hope ya’ll sharpen the cutters beforehand.

Delivery driver, not delivering to me, drove up and into my flower bed. Went inside to tell my wife. The driver drove off before I could say anything to her. Called the store and was transferred to a manager that was very dismissive of my complaint and said I had to call the police and file a report. Pretty sad when you have pictures of what happened that a business will not own up and try and correct their mistake but would rather put it off on the police department to get involved. The manager could have at least apologized

Every time my family and I order from this store the food and service are amazing staff is very helpful making sure our food is prepared with our allergy concerns in mind and the drivers are always nice and get us our food quick
